The lobby isn't open, it's drive thru only. Doesn't affect the chicken though- it's still very good and crispy, the biscuits are flakey and rich. The tater wedges are very good andy lds love the mac-n- cheese.The tea, however, should have been poured out as it had already soured.

This place used to be one of my favs. But on my last visit, I ordered an 8 piece meal and. 3 piece strip combo. They were out of biscuits and then informed me that it was going to be about 13 mins for them to cook some thighs. I said ok and asked if there was any kind of discount for the lack of biscuits. She somewhat rudely just said no. Well once I got my order back to the office, not only did it not have any thighs but they replaced them with wings. So I paid full price and got shorted 5 biscuits and 2 thighs. Hate to say it but not going back here.

I placed & paid for my $104.00 order to pick up in 1-hour 45-mins Sunday morning right after church at 12:15. Upon arrival at 12:10 they hadn’t even started on it and didn’t have enough material in shelf to fill half of it. Also in middle of Sunday rush they had decided to empty all their deep fry oil cookers and nothing available to cook in. One lady in the back and a young girl in the front who kept calling her manager asking what to do. TWO people to handle the entire store!??It was going to be at least an hour. I got a credit back. Went to Zaxby’s and were the third in line and got out 13-minutes later at $101.00. THANKS ZAXBY!
This was a good place once. Cannot recommend it anymore.

I'm absolutely disgusted!! I drove literally 3hrs to Cleveland for chicken and cinnamon rolls to pull up to a handwritten note saying they're closed due to being out of dark meat, tenders etc... I was too far from home to turn around so I ended up driven 2 additional hours to Atlanta!!! Needless to say I'm just now getting back home!!! ??? Next time whomever decides to close the restaurant early have enough decency to say CLOSED online!!! A lot of people travel great distance for Mrs. Winner's for God Sake!!! ?
