We expected an open all you can eat buffet. What we got was Styrofoam's takeout type package and was told the price was $4.99/lb for all food. The containers only had 3 divisions, so you had to stack most of the food I'd you wanted more than 3 items.The buffet food was stone cold. The hot and sour soup was the only part that was actually hot.Also, there were flies trying to get on the food.Will we go back? NO!

I was blessed with a free meal from a generous patron which was a treat to the palate. I love the food at New Dynasty Chinese Buffet. Things have changed since COVID-19 prices are higher and services were provided to keep the public safe.Parking: Located in front of the store and around the store. The parking lot is always clean and easy to access from Keith Street or via 20th Street.Wheelchair accessibility: Located on the side of the restaurant. The front does not have wheelchair accessibility.

I gave this establishment a 5-star rating for many reasons! Not only in the food delicious, but the staff is very friendly and courteous. However, this last visit, the food was not of good quality! The meats were dry and most of what I did get was cold. I'm not sure if the warmer/burners were turned off, but I honestly did not enjoy the food at this visit. This is the only time that I've not enjoyed a pleasant food/dining experience.

After I moved to Cleveland Last Year I heard How ‘Great’ this place was. My friends brought me here and it’s priced by the pound! I spent $17.00 plus on A Styrofoam container and 1/2 of what I put in it was edible when I got home! Disgusting! Gross! Several weeks ago my House Mate came home with A container of fried dumplings and some egg rolls from them. I immediately asked what Smells Burnt? And yes they were! Worse Chinese Food I ever had! How it’s still here??

Want to give this place the benefit of the doubt, as I imagine it's quite difficult to keep your head above water as a buffet post-covid. But then again, I'm generally easy to please, and have been here a few times over the past several years as it's prices are admittedly, lower than any buffet you'll find anywhere. However... the question is whether or not that's worth the health risk. The place is simply unclean. The food is simply not kept at what seems like the safest temperatures. The whole place just sort of feels dated and messy. Price is all it has to offer, as the quality of food, no matter how good or bad it may be, is hard to stomach given the general uncleanness of the whole establishment. Won't be coming back.

We actually used to enjoy this place, the food was not warm, the soup was good but luke warm, very greasy isn’t normally. Not really sure what has happened here. It used to be great! It is not a buffet they charge 4.99 by the lb, the dining area has a moldy ceiling.

Have to pay for food before you taste it, ok fine. Make a small plate, pay for it, sit down , Cold AF. Not worth the 5/lb. Do yourself a favor and skip it.

Food looked good but did not stay to eat because they charge by the pound... They NEED to change their name because a buffet (to me) has always meant all you can eat Not charge you by the pound!!! Will not go back... Told the lady inside, No wonder your parking lot is empty on a Saturday evening
