Will never understand why these companies hire doordash to do delivery for them, and then treat doordashers like we are an issue. I walked in, went to the counter where this guy looked me in the eyes but didn't say a word to me. Like just looked at me. I straight up said "oh you didn't say hi so I couldn't tell what you were wanting?" It was very weird. He didn't smile, he was cold, it was your typical "I hate doordashers interaction" which sucks that so many restaurants in Cleveland treat us so horribly as if they didn't sign up on the delivery site..... You don't have to use doordash.... anyway, My order was sitting behind them, the girl bagged it up and said to have a good day in a very condescending tone. They did not hide their disdain. They both had such a weird attitude that came over them the second they saw me with my phone out for doordash. It's disgusting they treat people this way. I am so used to restaurants treating me this way now doing doordash. It's exhausting. I grew up in this town. I'm not some random tourist??? My family eats here, we buy your sauces, and now never again. (OH and they also have us "sign" a receipt with a nasty pen that everyone else uses? I shouldn't have to sign anything as a doordasher.)

Their Tuesday Big Dad special is really great I’d give 10 stars if I could. The owner is a great guy he gave my husband some peach cobbler and my husband was like my wife will love that and he’s right!!! They make it the best there with some vanilla ice cream yum! Anyway their wings are tender and delicious too I have yet to try a menu item that wasn’t original and delicious including their baked bean Mac and cheese potato salad and soup ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Vegetarian options: Salad options and fries sweet potato and coleslaw and potato salad and Texas toastDietary restrictions: Can make adjustments for people with restrictionsParking: Close right in front of the restaurantKid-friendliness: My toddler is welcomed and loves going there family friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Yes

The worst BBQ I've had in a long time. Dry, unsmoked, and had a musky taste to it. Definitely wasn't enough food to justify $26 for 2 people. The girls up front were nice but were so preoccupied with their conversation between each other that they left my food sitting until one of them finally realized it was ready to bag. As I was leaving, the magnetic door almost broke my ankle. Not good.

First off, I have Celiac Disease. Eating out at restaurants can be incredibly difficult.Layla was very knowledgeable and helpful about procedures while being graciously patient and reassuring as I asked questions. So rarely are we me with such astute assistance and I wish more restaurants would educate their staff as they have. She marked everything clearly in the order, went to the back to be sure that the kitchen was aware, and our order was promptly brought to the table by a freshly-gloved member of the kitchen whose job, I presume, isn't to run the food. An informed restaurant is worth it's weight in gold to a Celiac and my partner and I will be adding this location to our very small circuit of places we can eat at safely.

I ask about 5 times to tell the kitchen I have celiac and ask for them to just change gloves and not put my food with any bread. My food was never prepared with changed gloves because the guy from the kitchen brought it out with bread on my plate... Food safety is out completely 0.
Great tasting, plus they give you a good amount for the price you pay.

I placed a catering order for work this week. Due to the inclement weather, Sarah, the catering coordinator worked with me so that we could get the order next week. It was a great experience and Sarah and Shane’s Rib Shack were very accommodating!Vegetarian options: I was able to add a vegetable plate to our catering order as well!
Standards = raised! Our home town Shane's has nothing on this one. Here for a work trip with hubby and we decided on here for dinner and we were blown away! Food was piping hot, came out fast, friendly service and very helpful/kind employees. Sarah, I think her name was was so kind. Wings were so MASSIVE I could only finish 3.Only critique I could give is that the table was sticky (our elbows were sticking to it), other than that it was awesome!
The girlfriend and I popped in after moving to Cleveland on the first of the year , the food was so mouthwatering ! Steaming hot and super delicious! We both had the sampler plates and it was loaded down , tried every bbq sauce too . I’d recommend the “Q” sauce! Extremely friendly staff and the atmosphere was top shelf , I also like how they support the boys in blue! Jason , I believe that was your name , you were wearing a black under armor hoodie and hat. Your awesome ! I’d give you 3 thumbs up if I had an extra hand . I apologize if I forgot your name , I was sidetracked with the high quality of bbq that was there , you went above and beyond for the service! Keep up the good work guys and gals!
