Tried it out for the first time at lunch. Good service and a great burger! Will have to come back and try out the cocktails!

My husband and I came here for lunch yesterday with another friend.We had the pimento cheese as a appetizer and I had the Farmhouse Burger and my husband had the Jack BBQ burger. Liza was our waitress. She was awesome. She was knowledgeable about the menu and gave us suggestions on her favorites. Her interaction with us was the best part of the experience. She kept us laughing all afternoon. She was delightful. It's not very often to get that kind of service from such a young adult. It's refreshing to have a great attitude and fun personality while enjoying lunch. If you go into Stack you won't be disappointed. Ask for Liza- you will be glad you did! She may even say "hey, thanks buddy"

We hadn't eaten here in over a year. Our last visit was less than pleasant. We had gone downtown to see the car show and decided to try Stack again. The staff greeted and seated us quickly. Drinks were fast. The kitchen did a great job on the Cobb Salad and a burger with onion rings. We will be back soon. I believe they have turned this place around.

I took my granddaughter yesterday for lunch. The server was friendly and did a great job. Our burgers were great. My granddaughter kept talking about how good it was, even later in the evening. Fries were outstanding as well. We will definitely be back.

Food was so amazing, we had an awesome server Lisa, she definitely had excellent customer service skills, she was polite, she was knowledgeable an informative, she had such a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. When I explained to her I wanted a hamburger that was well well well done, she reassured me that she would let them know that.It was the first time in a very long time that I did not have to send the burger back, it was perfect. My daughter absolutely loved her chicken burger her sweet potato fries were awesome and the onion rings were amazing. too we will definitely be back

Brought our 3 kids who are quite young in to eat with us. We had a great server who was very knowledgeable about the menu. We also met the manager after a slight mix up in food (was seriously no big deal) and she was also amazing. We will definitely return after having the best beer, food, and experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Stack! Our food was great and the service was even better. Emily, the bartender, was our server and she kept us entertained and our drinks coming. She was killing it! We will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Shout out to Wezzy at the Stack...she's amazing, that place could be packed every night if the kitchen knew what they were doing and the food was consistent! Really like the atmosphere that The Catch and The Stack offer...but the food always falls short. Common Cleveland...great food, service and atmosphere are not rocket science...its a goldmine if you can get it together!!!

Our party (6) chose Stack Southern Bistro to celebrate a baptism and sadly the food was not good (many issues by everyone). Prices look good but we soon found out that if you want lettuce, tomato, etc. in your hamburger it is extra $$. We didn't find this out until the bill came. I ordered a side of okra it was very small for the price. The French fries we soaked in oil snd way over done. We ordered a fried apple pie which took a long time to come and it was cold on the inside and only warm on the outside. Definitely a bad experience!!
Good, hot food, good service, clean restaurant! Try the sweet potato tater tots! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars...they have a wall of liquor but no mixed drink menu/unique drinks. If you're only looking at food, it would be 5 stars. I would go back again.

Looking for a new place to grab lunch after Sunday morning church service my wife and I decided on Stack. It's located in the downtown area of Cleveland near the end of First Street. Very pleased with the entire experience! Plenty of free public parking nearby. The restaurant was clean and the booths were roomy, cozy and quiet. Service was great (Gabe) and the burgers were great! Pricing was reasonable. Definitely a new 'go to' for specialty burgers. The taste of the beef (sirloin, short rib and brisket blend) was outstanding! What a pleasant surprise in a town that has many eating establishments but no stand-outs! Stack is a winner!!

I've eaten here 3 times and I have never gotten great service. All three times I have tried different dishes and I haven't liked anything I've ordered. That is my personal taste and I am not heavily judging based on just that. I would think that I should be able to find something I like at a burger joint.

We recently relocated to the area and have visited here about three times. Great craft beer selection! The fried green tomatoes and house-made pimento cheese are outstanding. Chili fries were excellent and large enough to share. Cobb salad was far better than most. The wait staff and bar staff are pleasant and accommodating. The atmosphere is very inviting, comfortable, and spacious. We really love the bar layout. Highly recommended.

Eek just had the worst burger of my life. I ordered the less your heart burger because I love Benton's bacon, which was on it and ordered medium well. Well it was burnt and I mean charcoaled. I tried to pick it apart and the waitress said everything ok and I said "I seldom complain but this burger is completely burnt". And she gave me like this uneasy look and said "you really want me to tell them to do it over?" Hi chi of course I was like mmmmm I guess not. Fries were pretty good and they were out of the beer I wanted. Service was not bad except you can tell she was afraid of the kitchen Definitely would not recommend, there are a lot of good restaurants around here. Also I got the burger for Benton's bacon and I doubt it was Benton's bacons it was super thin, but then again it was burnt too so who knows. Edit: the sweet waitress did take the burger off. Which was pretty awesome (I didn't ask, I was going to take the loss). So, great service !
