After waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, we were told they were closed and we couldn’t order. My husband politely told the girl that all he wanted was a frosty and that we had been in line for a long time waiting. She was rude and didn’t care to listen. It was also 4 minutes before time for the restaurant to close on Christmas Eve.
My dad and I went in for a quick bite. Nice friendly staff. Can't remember the ladies name that checked us out. She has red-haired and freckles. She was so helpful and when I went, I got up to get extra mustard She was even helping out the drive through. Real team player. I gor bad news after we left here. But she stuck in my mind because she was so helpful. She even offered to take our tray to the table for us. If I remember her name, I will edit this post. She definitely deserves employee of the month.

Had breakfast at Wendy's for the first time this morning and the worst biscuits. What is that? They remind me of old microwaved biscuits and the sausage was not good either. First time last time. Now I know.

This is by far my preference for Wendy's in Cleveland, despite the sometimes difficult to access parking lot. They have the best service and the best food out of any of the locations in town!

I normally go to Wendy's in the evening after working out. The food has always tasted really good. Sometimes they don't have certain products. Especially the ones that are new but it's rare.The wait is always long. I know most places around here close between 9 and 11. I get it but it's every time. All in all it is good. I can say the food has always been worth the wait.

So me an my olady came to the one on 25th Street next door to City Cafe I ended up with a medium chocolate frosty and split on an order of queso fries and If I had only gotten the frosty I woulda been one upset ole fellar cause either their freezer doesn't do frozen so well anymore or they had the one I got sittin there just waiting on somebody wanting one I took one bite and dumped it out the window but hey now those queso fries made me forget about the frosty fumble so I split the difference and give it a 3Parking: Plenty of places to park and the restaurant wasn't busy at all but it was also on a Thursday around 8:30 or 9 pm
