Place was small and friendly! I got the BBQ pork platter and my fiance got the ribs platter. Both was moist and tasted fresh off the smoker as they claim it on their menu! Mine did not have any BBQ sauce put on it prior to coming to the table so I had to add my own. There was only 1 choice of BBQ sauce either regular or hot. We both got the potato salad but mine was super creamy like I didn't taste any chunks and it was bland. There were no prickle bits and the mustard taste overpowered it all. The waitress recommended a side that wasn't on the menu it was broccoli and cheese bites. They were amazing even my kids liked it. I ended up replacing the potato salad with onion rings and they were fully cooked and tasty! Will definitely come back and try other menu items. The adult plates are $10+ and does not include the drink.

Service and atmosphere were great. My food was just so-so. I ordered the grilled chicken breast with 2 sides. The brocolli tasted bland, and the chicken was definitely dried out from over-cooking. The cole slaw was delicious as well as the seasoned rice under the chicken. The waitstaff was pretty attentive, and the atmosphere was hometown.

I do not have one complaint. The food ( chicken salad sandwich, and fries) were exactly what i expected. Same as 30 years ago. Also ordered a cheesecake and banana pudding to giggle over, and they were both really good. Service was excellent. Maybe cleaner than it was 30 years ago! Lol. Over all peaceful experience. I will go back.

Popped in to grab a quick bite, had a full rack ribs and loaded baked potato. Ribs were fall off the bone, seasoned and smoked to perfection! My brother and I started with the fried sampler platter and it did not disappoint either. I tend to stay away from a lot of fried samplers because all the fried food typically has the same taste. That was not the case here, the mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms, pickles all had their own unique flavors, amazing! Our waitress Kristen was amazing as well, very attentive and just made the whole experience even better.Kid-friendliness: A few kids were there while we were eating and they seemed to be really enjoying their burgers

I've had the ribs (dry) 2 times since they reopened, and I'll tell ya ,they are I'm 6 10. My biggest complaint is the wait to get your meal. Both times, my wait has been around 30 minutes with a table of 3, and all of us order BBQ. I was not packed, and they had plenty of help out front. The sides were good and plenty, and the service was friendly and attentive, Just takes the food too long imo....

Perhaps if we were friends of the owner and waitresses, we would have been waited on. We were there on September 1st, around 5:15pm, when we showed up they weren’t busy at all, we got a seat immediately and that’s as far as it went. After roughly 15 minutes, we never got our drink order taken, let alone our food order. The owner and 3 waitresses were standing at the bar, they saw us but never made an attempt to wait on us. That being said, the people that walked in 10 minutes after we did, got their drink orders taken before they even sat down, and barely had a chance to look at the menu before the waitress was ready to take their order. I’m assuming they were friends of the owner and the waitress, because them and the other people that walked in after they did, stood at the bar talking to them. We stayed another 15 minutes and left, and will never be back. BTW, we ended up at stadium BBQ, good food, AND GOOD SEVICE.
