They put my card in the card reader and charged it then asked if I had another card. They said it didn’t go through so I paid cash and they said it didn’t charge my card. $16 for one burger. They wouldn’t give me a refund said it was “on hold” so the money should go back into my account. Which it didn’t won’t be going back.

Came through 12/11/23 around 2pm. The lady working the back window was an absolute sweetheart! Its hard to find a smiling face and friendly service when going through drive thru and she exceeded!! Didn't catch her name but she had on a decked out Santa hat and cute purple gloves. She also gave me a Christmas card which I find such a sweet genuine gesture!

Stopped in to grab a quick burger and the burger was really good. Best burger I've had from a burger king in awhile.
30 mins to go through the drive through waited another 10 for our food and they still didn't put everything in our bag and had to go back in to get our food.

Took them 20 minutes to fix a register to take our order. They could have have used a different register, as there was no one up front on other registers, but made us wait.Won't go back there again.
