I went through the drive-thru. I got a couple chicken sandwiches in a chili cheese pup. Lee's sandwiches were amazing. The chicken sandwich had a little kick to it and that chili cheese puffs was super satisfying. I definitely like these better than their burgers. The people at the drive through were nice and friendly. It took a bit to get my order, I think they are understand. Anyway, I had a good experience and I definitely recommend trying these other items on their menu.

Gabriel is this Krystal’s MVP! Super kind, polite, and thoughtful about the service he provides. :) My family came in with three large orders and he took them all while staying patient and kind. Really appreciate how he went the extra mile when taking care of everyone. Thank you so much!

I was visiting from out of town, went here to order dinner for the family, with a toddler with severe food allergies. I ordered 24 sliders with no onions, and the woman at the window around 9pm on 3/29/24 was very rude, said on the mic “Guess we’re gonna have to scrape them off then.” She proceeded to be rude at the window and then i got my food, still with onions on most of the sandwiches. Don’t EVER visit here if you have anyone with allergies or want good service.

White castle type mini burgers I'm not a fan. Not even sure what type of meat it was, my husband liked the little spicy chicken sandwich. Smothered fries were so so. Definitely not returning.

I understood that it was 40 minutes before the dine in closed but it was still open; there were even other guests in the store so my wife and I stopped in. There was a worker at the side door who seemed to be glaring at us through the window as we pulled up. We proceeded to go in anyways. Guy made a point to let us know they close in 30 minutes, but took our order. Our krystals were the soggest I have ever seen. Fries were mediocre. After the attitude of the cashier and nasty food. I don't think we will be back.
@Krystal I love your food. I absolutely go out of my way to get it, but tonight I am very disappointed. I ordered Junkyard fries and this is what i received. It is flooded with ranch. It is absolutely too, too much. I had to pour the excess off.

Lack of pride by Krystal employees and what they give to customers. I love Krystal or I used to. Don't know if I'll make another trip there. I've been to 3 different locations and was disappointed with each of them. They deliver cold, stale bread, cheeseburgers. Yuck!

I am not the type to leave a review but this needs to be addressed. Upon arriving we noticed 2 employees outside in a truck smoking what smelled like marijuana. We sat at the drive thru speaker for atleast 4 mins after being asked what we wanted with no answer while the two employees continued to smoke. Finally after placing our order we were given cold hard krystals that looked as if they were thrown into the boxes. So disappointing not only were they smoking on the job but the service and food were pitaful.
