Came by drive thru and didn’t receive fries with my combo, turned down the receipt since it’s a waste of paper. Once I went back to get my fries was told can’t get them without receipt even though it was not even two minutes later.Chicken sandwich breading was soggy and mushy also.

Really angry with the service today ordered breakfast at 10:20 on app. I arrived at store at 10:25 after being caught in long line that was moving incredibly slow due to the lack of concern by employees and management. I got to speaker to give my order code to find out that my order will not be made because breakfast is now over. After arguing with employee and manager about what time I placed order and what time I arrived it was evident that these kids running your store Mr Franchise owner could care less about your customers. Granted yes breakfast was over but my online order could have been made before you finish with breakfast and been waiting on me. Not my or any other customers fault that you're speed of service and attention to customers SUCKS at this location!!!! And it will be a COLD DAY in HELL before you get another cent of my money!!! Get some managers and employees that actually care about customers!!!!

This place was unbelievably dirty. Trash cans were completely full, straw wrappers, soda and French fries all over the floor and tables. The bathrooms were covered in urine all over the floor. They need to have someone cleaning or shut down the dining area and do drive thru only

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two filet sandwiches and fries. Everything was cold, not really warm, and all the sandwiches were awful, though usually they're pretty good, not this trip.

The one in rocky top as you walk in the vibe with the counter people is not so good they don't acknowledge you for about 5 minutes or longer and they don't have good attitudes towards people and I have a buddy that wrote a true opinion about that same McDonald's and somehow the managers know all about that person and treat them very poorly but I thought this is all about giving true opinion about how they are and the food which now the food is really really over priced for frozen meats and I swear I believe the hamburger meats are even thinner a reg cheese burger with one patty is exactly the same thickness as of a double but its double the price it's now almost 3.50 cents for a mcdouble that's why us poor people eat there you use to go in with 3 or 4 bucks and get 2 burgers fries and a drink now that's just one double cheeseburger
