I was very surprised to walk into a fancier version of Popeyes. The food was more high quality than I expected. I expect myself to walk back there shortly.

Complete 5 star from the moment we walked in! The crew was awesome, food was hot and fresh, service was fast, efficient and friendly. Hats off to this bunch, I wish we had one in Knoxville!

I have picked up here several times and always get a mixed bag on the service. When its good its GOOD, but here lately they've continually messed up my order or left things out of the bag. Multiple times they've left out the pies I've ordered, and more often than not they leave out the fries. Today I asked for a number 4 with no onions on the burger, large fries with a large tea, and I asked for mashed potatoes and some honey mustard on the side. My burger had onions AND they left out the fry and honey mustard. All this after having me pull to the curb and waiting a while to get it when they only had 2 other people in line.

The food and service here was very good. The prices and specials had options for everyone. The biscuits were fresh hit and buttery they melted in your mouth. The green beans were flavorful with a little kick. The chicken was hot and juicy. The burger was good with fresh toppings and no cheese you have to ask for cheese. The potatoes and gravy were also delicious. The bathroom was clean and so was the dining area. They did have a drive thru but we went inside. They had nice big tables for larger families. The staff were friendly and professional. Ten out of ten totally recommend the food here.

Assistant manager Toni went above and beyond for me. She was friendly, courteous, and spent extra time to confirm a difficult order while still allowing me to use my coupon code. Excellent service.

Our first visit to Jack’s in Ooltewah. Every single table dirty and food was cold. Not sure we will be back.?

5 months later... now 22 minute wait for a bolonga buscuit. Finally came to bring me my food and it was wrong. This place just cannot get it together. In the dt for 19 min for a biscuit. Tried to give this place another shot after an absolutely horrible experience a couple months ago where the manager was yelling and cussing staff. Guess they wont do better.

When it first opened, this store was surprisingly good but it’s gone downhill ever since. I’ve tried everything on the menu and regularly bought the burgers, milkshakes and mac & cheese. They had the best mac & cheese in town and my favorite milkshakes. Well now they don’t even carry the mac & cheese. The burgers are thin and dry with big dry buns. They are literally always out of something. I’d say they only have milkshakes 65% of the time. Tonight I got a milkshake that wasn’t the milkshake at all. It was a cup of ice cream with a little bit of milk in it and barely mixed. I had to take it home and put it in a blender and add milk. If I wanted to make a milkshake, I would not have driven there and paid money for one. The store is obviously run by teenagers who are not trained and are not supervised. Just more evidence of the decline of civilization.
