I think they should change their time online.Because 2days in a row they are not open at 10 am. Why keep that time when your not open. Change it Because working in Collierville some jobs has short breaks...2 days finding else where to go

Just went through the drive thru.. girl at the window was very unprofessional. The only thing she said was the total. When ordering she said Rudely “you can keep going”. She took my card at the window, shut the window, and walked off with my card. She handing me the bag of food and slammed the door without saying a word. I didn’t receive any napkins for my melted chocolate chip cookies. Horrible service from the very start. She made the company look horrible. A smile and speaking to someone goes such a long way

Was the best Arby’s. Rethinking that now. Visited around 7:30 on a Friday night. I’m assuming a manager came to take out our order blaring music on their phone, very unprofessional. Rude, couldn’t even get our order taken correctly. Tried three times, evidently never rang up a coupon before. Finally she told me I was just gonna have to take it like she put it in or we’d be there all night. I took my family of 7 and left. They locked the door after we walked out at 7:30! We come in this location weekly and we’re on a first name basis with the daytime team but not anymore.
