Good food, service was great however the employees are very load in the restaurant and there was alot a bad language being used were customers could hear. People like a quit safe atmosphere to sitdown and eat, we didn't feel this way when we sat down to eat.

Always fresh, love this location. Great employees on evening shift and I'm sure for day shift also.
Things didn't go as planned when I ordered using Google. Apparently, not everyone can tell on the system that someone has ordered through Google. Someone wasn't kind to my family when they came to pick it up. However, when I called, AJ was very helpful and so sweet and resolved the issue. If it wasn't for AJ and the willingness to help, I wouldn't have come back to pick up the order. Thank you AJ!

Only 3 ppl were working the night I stopped by. 2 older ladies who were keeping the fryers going and doing a great job! And one younger man who took care of the orders from walk-ins and the drive through! They worked great together as a team... all did an awesome job!Vegetarian options: They have green beans, corn on the Cobb and fried okra.... all were good!Parking: The drive thru was a little tight so I decided to go inside and place my order.

I was pleasantly surprised with the good flavor of the beer batter and fish. This was my first time trying Captain D’s. I didn’t like the fried shrimp. The employees were friendly but the place was very dirty. Looking up at the air vents seeing all the black mold and fuzz was off-putting.
