First time here. Heard about it frequently. Food was good. Service was ok. Atmosphere was loud and could not hear each other well.We both got pulled pork plates. They were good. One had fries and one had onion rings. Fries were really good.It is a bit of a drive for us to get there. Will go back if in area, but will not make a trip just to go here

I love finding the not so well known hidden treasure restaurants and this is DEFINITELY one of them. I'm still thinking about that bologna sandwich...2 months later. Im ready to drive 80 miles for this!!!!We'll be back soon. (And I see a lot of comments on the wait. Remember GOOD things take time. It's a small locally owned business and I hope they stay just like that. The wait is just part of the experience. U will be happy u flexed ur patience)

First i stood in line for 25 minutes. Then i was given the wrong order and stood awhile longer. Then i tasted it. The worst coleslaw ever. Wasn't sweet, wasn't sour, just a big ol glob of mayonnaise. Y'all can have it. Im not from here so I'll just go to my barbeque place at home. We know how to do GOOD southern food.
