She was extremely kind very welcoming, and really enjoyed talking with us. I love the fact that this is definitely a family oriented business. They have tons of fun games, board, games, cards, and corn hole you name it they have it. They have a TV as well. They also have a nice little seating area for families to enjoy. The menu was wonderful so many different snowcones to choose from. So let's talk about the snowcones the snow cones taste like fluffy snow. The texture is super fluffy, super soft and just enjoyable on the palette. I had the pleasure of trying the peach cobbler snowcone, and it was absolutely amazing from the texture of the snow to the flavors of the peaches and the sauce it taste exactly like what it said. I would definitely come back to this place over and over again because the customer service alone as what we experienced was grade A quality not to mention the delicious menu items. The presentation of the snowcone is not your normal look because it is presented out on a plate and it is well worth it. I recommend to anyone to please come out and visit this location as you will be treated like family with an amazing array of items to try and you will not be disappointed in whatever you choose!

The kiddie area made just for the kids to stay busy while we enjoyed more treats. The ice cream was SO good, they have non dairy options on their menu too but I got the mint one. This is the regular size which was more than enough to share. The worker was so sweet and very attentive. On top of the ice cream being amazing the atmosphere is very cozy with candy for sale and games to play while you enjoy your desert.

We ordered Strawberry cheesecake, YabaDabaDoo, Polar Affogato and Birthday Cake.The best imo was the strawberry but all my companions thought it was too sweet. The YabaDabaDoo is creamy with fruit loops and fruity pebblesStrawbrrry Cheesecake had fresh strawberries and strawberry sauce with whipped cream and a cherryThe birthday cake was arguably the lightest one, had the most 'shaved ice' texture I REALLY loved this dessert. The consistency is totally new to me and I loved how light and airy and fluffy it was. I ate almost the whole thing and didn't feel like a giant pos I can't wait to come back and try new flavors! Sure it's $ but so is any ice cream place that isn't a bunk chain. We will be back again and again!

I doubt this place will be around long. Spent $13 (plus a dollar for being a to go order) on a tiny serving of peach cobbler and a slice of "key lime pie" which was just a frozen puck of something lime flavored.

Could be better. We went about a month ago and maybe it’s growing pains but we didn’t love it. The desserts were pretty but also pretty expensive. The shaved ice is much better than the bakery item we ordered.I asked what was in the berry cake bakery item. The person working told me berries and a crunchy crumble topping. The “Berry Cake” looked and tasted like microwave cobbler. It also had some chunky mystery fruit in it. Definitely not a berry (see photo). I absolutely love sweets but I couldn’t finish this. It was not good.Overall, the atmosphere is fun, but it just wasn’t our favorite for a dessert splurge.

We loved this place!!! We tried the Andes mint, Cotton candy, and mexican candy! Mexican candy was sooo yummy and we 100% will be back. Everyone go to this place! The staff was so sweet as well.
