Beside the fact that Firebirds is my favorite restaurant, last night was great of you. Take a vet to dinner. We all owe our vets thanks. Ya'll came through with a delicious steak dinner. We always ask for Elvis the waiter at Carriage Crossing Collierville, Tn. He is the best. We ate every bite it was so good. Always good quality food. Thanks for making it a great night.

We had a very terrible experience and we usually live this place! Granted it was Mothers Day but all people there had reservations. We waited 45 minutes to be seated. It was cold air coming from the A/C directly on our table . It was horrible I know have an ear ache. Asked 3 times to turn down A/C . It was running non stop. Food took a long time and we ordered immediately. Didn't leave until 4:00. By the time the food came I was so miserable I just ate quickly. Worst Mother's Day meal ever

We had a reservation and was seated within 10 mins. We ordered at the same time as our drink order was taken to help waiter not have to come back again. Restaurant was overwhelmed on Mother's Day and sadly after waiting an hour and 10 minutes from when we ordered we left. Had nice waiter who refilled drinks but when we explained we were leaving and couldn't wait any longer, he got the manager who can by and said our food would be coming soon. The manager should have been more specific that our order would be expedited or they would comp a dessert or something but her vague response confirmed our desire to leave, which we did.

I understand that mothers day led to a huge crowded evening. It took close to 40 mins to receive half of our tables food. The 2nd half came out once we were all ready to leave. Their was flies all over our food, so most of our day was spent waiting on food and swatting at flies. The steaks had no flavor, basically meat on the grill with no seasons. I've came here before and really enjoyed, but yesterday was not a good experience.

The restaurant has a serious gnat problem. Gnats were swarming.between us the whole time we were there, making it very tough to eat our meal. We had a reservation for Mother's Day for two people, but were 30 minutes late being seated. Once we got seated, it was over an hour before we got our food. Waitresses we're struggling to get the food out, so there was no chance anything else that was needed. Not a very good Mother's Day meal.

We arrived for our 12:45 reservation on Mother's Day. We were told that people would not get up and there were no high chairs avail. We finally got seated 25 min after our reservation. We did get a high chair but it had no safety straps. We waited well over an hour for our food. The hot dishes were cold. The other two were salads. My husband ordered the 3 course dinner and never got his dessert. They did give us some credit on the bill but we were unable to leave until 3:15 due to waiting on check out. The people waiting on to go orders stood right beside our table the whole time. We had to ask for water refills every time. I think the waitress was too embarrassed to come to our table. We watched 30-40 to go orders go out of the restaurant during our one hour wait. It was too long for our granddaughter to wait and she had to leave early with her mom for her nap. Everything seemed chaotic. It was not a good experience at all. I would not go to a firebirds wood grill again.

Our server was great! I ordered a steak “well done, no pink”! My wife also ordered a steak, “medium”. When our steaks arrived mine was more rare than hers was, very pink. I asked the server to have it cooked longer. When she finally returned, she had a different steak. I was told they weren't allowed to put meat back on the grill that a customer had touched so they cooked me a new one. I understood that! However, my second steak was pink too! At this point, I asked the manager to just remove my steak from our bill and we would leave. (By this time, my wife had finished her meal). I won't be back, that's for sure!

My Mother's Day lunch at Firebirds was a very poor experience. Our family of 4 had 10:45 reservations and it was close to 12:15 by the time our food arrived. We also barely had our waters refilled and my little boy was never given his refill (tiny juice box). Due to having a toddler who was tired of sitting still for 1.5 hours, we had to ask for our food to be packed to go. One kids meal order was incorrect(we caught this at the restaurant), my husbands hamburger was not the one he ordered, my salmon salad was too burned to eat, and I also ordered a mimosa that never came. The restaurant became much busier closer to 11:30, but we were there well before then. We will never be returning.

Food was mediocre. I was not empressed at all. The drinks were great. Our waitress was good. Set expectations low and this way you're not disappointed and if the exceed you'll be happy.

The noise was given. It was the day before Mother's Day, so we knew it would be busy. I am amazed and pleased that, as busy as it was, the server, food, and staff managed it well. Everything was good. It was my first visit, and it will not be my last.

Overall the experience for my family and me was great due to the food. As for the service, it was not good which is why I have to give them two stars! I've been here multiple times and I've never had the inconsiderate service I experienced during this dinner any other time I've been here.

Our server, Haylie was outstanding. She was very attentive and professional. She answered all of our questions and made sure everything came out right. If you go, ask for her area. You won't be disappointed.

We weren't seated on time, about 30 minutes past our reservations. It also took an excessive amount of time for us to get our food. Half of my party didn't enjoy their food. The waiter was polite though!

My husband and I went to celebrate his birthday here! The food and service was amazing. My server (Ashley i hope) had a large party BY HERSELF, and of course it was not an easy task for her to complete. She was left alone to serve our table and that large top. My husband a GM of another restaurant was very surprised about the lack of help. There was not any from upper management or anyone else walking around. Although that table gave our server so many problems, she did her absolute best by us and we greatly appreciate that!

Our sever was Jasmine and she was very courteous and attentive to our needs. She explained whatever we needed her to on the menu and informed us of items she liked. She was neat in appearance and an asset to your restaurant. I wish I'd ask for her last name in order to be seated in her section again.
