This place has a lot of potential! Unfortunately they missed the mark this time. The menu has several appealing items. My wife had a chicken sandwich made the smokehouse way. My daughter ordered the philly cheese steak without the peppers. I ordered the nachos. Food took longer than expected to come out considering what we ordered.My wife's sandwich was dry. My daughter's sandwich had peppers on it anyway. And my nachos looked as if they had been sitting a while. The cheese AND chili had started to dry up. Not sure if this was the fault of our server or the kitchen. This was not a good visit.

Used to love this place but I haven't been in about a year until today. First off the place was basically empty which is a red flag. Ordered a drink from the bar which came looking like it was half drank already with barely any alcohol in it. Out of multiple whiskeys. Out of multiple sides, out of multiple salad toppings, waitress said "we can't make that" to more than one item on the menu. Ordered a medium burger and received a well done crunchy burger....the tavern chips (fried potato chips/slices), were soggy and flimsy like rubber!!! 1 piece was actually half fried, all the rest were basically dipped in oil and served like that. Zero seasoning on the tavern chips as well....had to take salt and pepper from another table. Not coming back to this place. This has to be new owners because it has drastically changed and is thoroughly disappointing. Go next door to Firebirds or Carrabas....or even a busted Applebees if you can find one. $90 wasted. Waitress was nice but no idea what is going on in the kitchen or at the bar

Their Buffalo chicken tacos and pow pow shrimp was delicious! By far one of the best places to eat in Collierville. This is coming from an ATL transplant.

Came for food and drinks during a March Madness basketball game. Sat at a table for 10 minutes with no service. Went to the bar to order drinks since we didn't have a server. The bar tender took my order then never made my drinks as he went to find our server. When he finally found a server for our table, I informed her we already ordered drinks from the bartender. When she asked him, he said, "they need to order from you." 20 minutes later we received a beer and it was just horrible service for the rest of the visit. Wings came out with almost no sauce and the waitress got mad when I asked for a side of sauce. My wife and daughter left leaving me to suffer until I finally got a bill. Do not spend any of your hard earned money at this place. I will say locals came in and was treated great, it's unfortunate they don't have the same customer service for everyone.

Drinks are ice cold, food is delicious, and the games are plentiful! Service is top notch too! I highly recommend to watch your favorite game! We will be back!

Ordered Fish and Chips for $14.99. The absolute worst I’ve ever had…even in a bar! I could only eat the French fries (greasy chips), the large clumps of fried flour (obviously deep fried in old grease) was supposedly the “fish”, but inside all of that greasy fried and burnt batter was about 1% dried out fish. And the waitress didn’t even offer me anything else after I refused to eat it. Go to the Highlander on the square for the best fish and chips and good pub food.

My friends and I called ahead of time to see if they had a wait and if they were busy. We were told no. so when we get there we got seated and never got served in the 20 minutes of us waiting. just a good for thought if you are deciding to go here

About the worst burger (food in general) I have had.The Swiss, Onion, and Mushroom burger was meant to come on a Brioche Bun, but instead the sloppy burger patty came on white toast, with a single slice of cheese, uncooked diced red onion, and a couple of chunks of uncooked mushrooms. The fries were room temperature too.The Chicken Alfredo Pasta had room temperature chicken chunks on top of a pile of reheated penne, half a jar of Alfredo sauce, and cheap shredded cheese from a bag dumped on it.Steer clear unless awful, overpriced food is your thing.
Just don't go on a slow night. Their chefs are especially slow and they have terrible servers.

Had all these taps, and not a single one was working. The place was empty both times being there. And they stopped serving early. Which I guess I can't blame them. Place is located in a mall, so drink and shop.

contacted the email address given in order to discuss the situation.. as a first time customer i’d like to believe it was just a bad day.. my pics speaks for themselves… no one respondedwe’ll see if anything changes after this message… i’m wanting to have the visit that got such higher reviews … the menu photos looked fantastic butit was terribly misleading.. I’d like to give a second chance…this was our first time trying this place.. the photos looked fabulous… we were very excited.. ordering was easy quick pick up.. the portions are ridiculously SMALL.. ( at least to go) the fried grouper was okay but captain D fish sandwich is better… that’s sad… I had hopes for this sandwich.. my son got the fried chicken blt.. his was burnt … badly burnt.. the portions again to small.. looked like a chicken tender.. instead of a whole breast .. popeyes would have been a better sandwich so spent $50 and i could have gone to a fast food restaurant & had a better meal.. I’m so disappointedi was offered a credit.. by the manager..but it didn’t helpthat my son was hungry.. grouper sandwiches.. nothing special… probably wouldn’t go back.. at the least ordering to go … sad sad sad.

Our server was very attentive & fast. The atmosphere was good. The food came out fast and it was decent. The only issues was the long wait time but it wasn't a huge issue, we understood due to pandemic areas were still closed and the fact that we went on Trivia night. Lesson learned. Will go back to try something different on any night but Wednesday.

Definitely 0. Waited atleast 10 min just to be greeted. Asked for a booth and was told no. Sat at table instead. However the group behind us sat a booth. Yea ikr. Waiter came back with drinks with no straws...umm hello Covid. We left. Waste of time. Was giving very much discrimination.
