We ordered Doordash, and our Dasher called us saying the manager said we lied about placing an order. Don’t order here. Very mean managers and treating Dashers terribly. So disappointed. Never had this problem with them before.

They got my food wrong when I got halfway home and notice . I had to go back up there only for them to pull me up again and wait for them to bring out old rubbery tenders the size of my finger I couldn’t even bite through! I will neverrrrr go here again!

Had lunch here today. OMG, it is rare to find a KFC where you can actually taste the spices in the chicken. I enjoyed every bite. I ate 4 pieces easily. The service was great, too.

I went to this location yesterday and I ordered from the app. I can tell they were short staffed, but the ladies and the young man in the kitchen had positive attitudes and cooked my food fresh. I was patient with them and they made the experience worth it. This was my first good fast food experience since the pandemic. I'll be back.

A chicken fast food restaurant that is always out of chicken….
Service is always bad. This time was the worst! Paid for order told me to wait 10 mins. 20 mins later they are serving the long line at drive through. Tells me “your order is inside. Leaving my little girl in the car i walk in. 7 minutes later they “are making my order” water all over the floor they wanted me to wait on other side of the store. I go back outside and it takes another 15 minutes to make my order through the drive through. WORST DRIVE THROUGH AND STAFF AND SERVICE IN ALL OF MEMPHIS. if i was the manager i would replace the staff completely.

20 fill up box. KFC forgot the sauce. The chicken tenders or nuggets very small some tiny. Fries were a semi cold mess. Been 6 months since I last ate there, thanks for the reminder of why I don't eat there.

If I could give this store no stars I would. I ordered my food to be ready by 5 pm got to the store at 511 to give them time to make sure my order would be ready and they still say I have 9 minutes more worst KFC I ever been too. You better off drive to another location.

This unit can be great or bad. Just depends on the crew working. This time the food was good, but order was filled wrong. Person at window seemed to be stressed or upset but was not rude just uninterested.One order was missing a piece of chicken and neither had a biscuit. Chicken was hot and great though.Will be back, we like their chicken.
