Standing in line forever at the deli counter. Workers standing around in bakery and hot deli area with probably no cross training. No eye contact, no I'll be with you soon. No management presence. Publix please come to our area and show krogers how it's done!!!!
Visited at 8 AM on a Saturday morning. The shelves were empty. Not sure if a plague of locusts had been through, or they just hadn't restocked the shelves. I was by the refrigerated meat section and slipped on a pool of sticky liquid. Instead of helping, a girl who was stocking a cabinet. laughed instead. I told her to go get a safety cone, and to get the mess cleared up, before someone else could fall. She stood staring into space. I then shouted at her to fetch the manager....read full review

Don't shop here. They treat their employees like dogs. They even turn off the air conditioning at night forcing the overnight stockers to sweat like mules. They also tell overnight employees to NOT take their lawfully entitled to breaks because they quote, "have to much to do". I'll shop at WalMart from now on, as terrible as it is. I'll not support any company that won't even allow their employees to have air conditioning.
