It’s hit or miss with Little Caesars locations but this location consistently provides great pizza. They add generous amounts of sauce and the pizza is never burnt. I always order online and it’s always ready during the estimated time frame. Today after I picked up from the portal and was headed out the door I got a big “thank you sir” from the back! The service at this location is usually top tier, but today a cashier named Michelle B served me and provided HORRIBLE service. I asked for my food to be made fresh which is usually no issue, but Michelle expressed her frustration that I didn’t want the Hot n Ready Crazy Bread that had probably been there for 30 minutes and tried to hand me the same old food from the heater. Even after she said she would go ahead and make it fresh, from my car, I watched her pull the same Crazy Bread that she previously tried to hand me to try and pass it off as “freshly made.” The distastefulness continued as I requested a refund. I don’t expect Michelin star service but trying to deceive your customers is a no go.

The staff at this Little Caesars is great! I placed an order online with the wrong pickup time (10am instead of 10pm). I gave them a call and they helped me fix the pickup time. Thanks to the lady who took my phone call at 9:30 am and to the one who made my pizza when I stopped by that evening!

I ordered two pizzas with 2 L drinks one diet Pepsi and one regular Pepsi but as soon as I came and picked up my order they didn’t have Any diet Pepsi in stock I was frustrated that they have not bothered to let customers know they were out of stock on their website and that’s what I get for them not being able to communicate with customers and let me know they were out of stock

I have to give a shout out to the incredibly organized and enthusiastic young gentleman, Wyatt, who is taking orders at Little Caesars in Collierville. This young kid who has to still be in high school, was hustling and bustling! Of course it’s Friday, and they are busy, but he is taking orders and constantly shouting to the back of the kitchen what’s left in the hot and ready warmer, turning people as quickly as he can with a smile on his face. I love his enthusiasm and dedication to his work. I’ve had jobs in the past where I loved the busy craziness because I knew what was going on and it’s just exciting! Even in a few moments, when there was no one there to place an order, Wyatt came around from behind the counter, and quickly restocked 2-Liter sodas in the refrigerator. If I was his boss, I would feel like I was definitely getting my moneys worth! My kids love their pizza and it is super affordable compared to everything else out there. It seems like the best way to get quick pizza is to order online and pick it up from one of their convenient pick up stations inside.

Awful service restaurant was packed customers complaining about being ther 20 minutes when i was placing my order employees standing around looking like they were lost I waited 15 minutes just for them to put sauce on my wings and when they put the sauce on the wings they gave them to another customer and tell me I gotta wait 15 more minutes I asked for a refund manager altitude was terrible I will never go back to this location just slow and rude especially the older black sweet/feminine guy that was making the pizza he really needs customers service training

I'm giving 3 stars because when I stated I needed a fresh pizza they didn't argue. However, I ordered through the portal as always because I wanted fresh pizzas. I waited in my car at the store until my name popped up on the portal screen. When I opened the box it looked awful. Dry and dark. As I said they didn't argue when I stated I needed a new one but it was inconvenient. I think the settings on their oven may be off because the pepperoni pizzas come out looking a little burnt. Also, activating the dough would make the pizzas a whole lot tastier. Their flat, they should be fluffy. Toss that dough and activate it. You'll have happier customers and a lot more business.

Worst pizza we ever had at a Little Ceasars. Customer service sucked, as usual in Collierville. We asked for a pretzel crust and was told that they don't make them. Then when we got our order ( we ordered 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage (with sticks on one order).They gave us 3 pizza's and said they made a mistake. Our bill was $30.00 and we landed up throwing everything away because it was so bad.We will never go to this store again.

I hate to give bad reviewsI love little Ceasars pizza but this was the worst little Ceasars pizza I've ever had the cheese bread was flat as a pancake and chewy the pizzas were naked had no sauce and no cheese with a few pepperoni the chicken wings were OK way to salty now I'm not trying to be mean I'm just giving my honest review I will not order from the collierville tn location again
