Very bad service! Food is always dry and even the fries are terrible! Went for restaurant night for CHS. Order was wrong once again. Happens every time we go. Which is not often. We order for 4 people each time. They can’t handle that.We are missing something every time. Workers there don’t care. Never going back.

Unbelievably bad service! We went because of restaurant night tonight for the high school.Every takeout place in Collierville has issues. But this location is the worst! Bad service! Bad food! Every time we go to drive thru or inside order is wrong.! Now we always go for an order for four.Maybe our order is too large! Had to go back again for missing order. People are disrespectful and don't care about customers! Never going back.

I was just at this McDonald's on December 2, 2023 and you guys need to train the cashier on duty at 2:30 pm, I gave her a $20 bill for my small fries which was 2.40 she gave me $17.35 back...where is my other quarter ma'am. Like seriously, I didn't think to count the change because I thought people knew how to count, just go and retrain the cashier please

The ketchup and onins ruin the mustard because their ketchup with onions are nasty. It ruins the burger for terrible quality ingredients. The quality is able to be improved. This is only my opinion. The jalapeno, bacon, & cheese quarter pounder burger is outstanding because of the quality of the ingredients on the protein beef burger patty. Thanks.

I ordered a large French fry, a quarter pounder burger, a Big Mac and two drinks with my dad. I asked for a sauce for my fries and they were trying to charge me 35 cents a piece for them. That is insane. Other than that the food was good.
