First time at this Newk's and probably won't be back. Empty dining room yet tables had dirty dishes on them. The grab and go section was empty and just looked a little dirty. While ordering my son moved my purse off the counter so a cockroach could crawl across. We trapped it under a cup and I canceled my order and left.

First off, Steve is a great manager and has wonderful customer service. My order was wrong and he offered to replaced the salads. I gave my name and Everything was fine. When I get there, Cassandra was the manager on duty and she was very rude and unprofessional. She initially refused to replace my order that was already promised to me. Eventually, she remade the salads very sloppy and careless like she did not want to do it. While being busy giving me attitude, she messed up the salads again, but this time i didn’t bother to even address it. As a manager, Cassandra needs to learn the value of customer service.

After four times of getting my order wrong and the food being pitiful, I'll give a review.One or two times is understandable to get orders wrong or have terrible food, but this Newks has never gotten my order wrong and usually takes at least 45 minutes to even fill your order. There are usually several customers waiting...and waiting to get their food and then, they have to stick around because the order is wrong or parts of the order were left out.So, we gave them four tries and four times they got it wrong and the food is not even subpar. We won't go there again.

My sandwich was so flat it looked like a bread sandwich. My girlfriend’s wasn’t much better. The pasta salad was almost just boiled noodles with a tiny bit of dressing added. Won’t be coming back here.

My go to lunch place ! Love their half soup half sandwich lunch special .. the tomato basil soup is just ??
Food was great. Everything was fresh. Love everything on the menu. Service is a different story. Do not ask for a salad to be chopped, they won't do it... even when the manager puts it on the ticket at the time you order. Check your bag before you leave because even though you pay for extra dressing, you won't get it if you don't ask multiple times.

It's been about a year since I ate at this location, but I always had a good experience here. During my most recent visit, our food was cold in the middle, there was feces on the wall of the bathroom stall mere inches from the purse hook, and I stepped over a cockroach on my way back to my table. I don't know what happened between last December and this one, but I can't imagine returning to this location after all that.

This restaurant was extremely dirty. I placed my order and then out comes bugs. The salad bar had food everywhere. Drink station leaking on the floor. The staff failed to acknowledge the customers. At this period, I'm giving up on Newk's.

I literally hate leaving bad reviews and never do, however my experience tonight at newk's was rough. My daughter and I ordered and sat down, then realized as we looked around that everyone else in the restaurant was waiting with no food. Listening to people around us talk, we heard that people had been waiting anywhere from 35 minutes to an hour. We waited 30ish minutes and never saw any good come out of the kitchen. It was really strange! We ended up asking for a refund as we had to leave for another commitment.
