We’ve been here a few times. Everything is always okay.Today though, we had great service and I needed to give a shout out to Lanci.Aside from the hostess who didn’t even look at us, our server Lanci was amazing!!She was quick, friendly, and personable.Our food was also good and hot.And we came in on free pie Monday! I didn’t even know that was a thing.We’ve always like Perkins, but having Lanci serve us definitely elevated our experience today.

For a franchise, the food was good, but the waitress was surpurb, who just got an award for such a thing. She had many years of service there, and she deserves it!

Toast came out burnt so nicely ask for lighter toast. Came back just as black. Waitress did nothing except say “it’s a new cook”. When paying the bill asked to not be charged for added toast because of it being burnt twice and lady at register acted surprised and rude. For the price we all pay for food these days, will not go back. How hard is it to be nice or considerate???
