I stopped in for lunch. Cool spot. I'm sure it's a lot of fun when bands are there. I had a great bartender named Courtney. She was AWESOME!! I had the bone in wings. Only three stars there because they came out super fast and a little cool by the bone and they had that parboil taste. I'm not a fan of wings prepared that way. But they were edible. I am happy to wait the 20 minutes it takes to cook wings fresh. I'll be back one day for sure!

Fries were good, would have ordered more, but service was awful. I get it ...it gets busy but we entered before it did & sat ourselves & noone came to our table for 25 min. So I got up to ask how it works since it was our first time.Once we did find someone....she was real nice. Just busy. Maybe more workers needed to help them out on busy nights.Anyways....Area 51 that night was awesome tho. Great band!!!

The legendary burger to go was horrible. Dry, overcooked , hard as a rock , bun was tough as leather . Didnt even come prepared the way i order it . Not even close. Onion rings horrible as well. Very disappointed. 1st and last time here.

Had to pay a 10 dollar cover charge per person and we had 7 in our party and the band played one song and was done . The service was ok and food was decent. I did not like paying 70 dollars for one

Joined just to leave this review. Hopefully save someone else from a bad experience. Recommend eating anywhere else in Collierville. Wait staff is super slow, sitting down at tables with customers, ignoring taking our order. Out of items, had to change our orders a couple times. Medium burger was like a hockey puck. Bacon on my sandwich was burnt bacon bits. Won't be back.

This afternoon, I had lunch with some coworkers and my 3 year old autistic son. When we got there, they were in the midst of changing the oil in fryers, which we didn’t mind waiting, I was just keeping my son entertained in the meantime. Our waitress, Ms. Courtney, was so precious, and saw I was struggling trying to keep him entertained, so she hunted for crayons, and brought him stuff to color with. Then she magically appeared with a Leapfrog book (ironically we have the same one lol), and omg what a saint she was. She told me that if he wanted to run around, that he could since hardly anyone was there at the time, and though I didn’t feel up to chasing him around(if you’re a mom, you know lol), it was incredibly kind of her!!!Next thing I know, Mr. Joel brings him a slice of homemade Oreo pie and let me tell you, this baby lived his BEST life! He also brought napkins, a damp towel (clean towel of course), and then some wet wipes to clean him up with lol. My son wasted no time inhaling that pie ?! I made sure to thank both of them like 20 million times, and as we’re getting ready to leave, Mr. Joel gets my attention, takes this guitar off the wall, and says “This is a Kenny Chesney guitar, let the baby get a picture with it!”, and so we did! Like, how cool of an opportunity!Today was first time I’ve gone to a restaurant with my son alone, and felt so accommodated, loved, helped, and seen as a mother. Mr. Joel & Ms. Courtney made my entire day! ? You don’t find that genuine level of customer service anywhere anymore, and to find it here so unexpectedly, I’m blown away! Forever a favorite restaurant of mine now, and best believe we’ll be back!

Terrible attention. My co-workers and I went to visit the place today and from the moment we entered, the woman who runs the place behaved inattentive, rude and ill-mannered. If you want to have a nice time, Rock House is NOT the place. go somewhere
honestly this bar has such a great vibe but the bartender is kind of a bitch. she was rude when she thought i wasn't of age (im 24) then caught an attitude with me for nothing. like ma'am im in your bar spending money why be rude? cause im not your normal clientele? grow up baby.

We bought tickets for New Years Eve which were not cheap. Our steaks were good, but our salads came out after our meal. Our ticket was wrong which said we owed 166.00 and when I showed it to the waitress she got an attitude. An apology was what I expected and not an attitude. Our check was actually around 75.00. We won’t be back.

I won't come back here. The tots tasted like the cheap frozen kind. The chips for the cheese had a weird texture. My wife liked the cheese dip but I did not. My burger was burned. It also only came with lettuce and mayo. It was not good.

I came twice to make sure I hadn't just picked the wrong food... but no. I see a lot of people complaining about the wait time and that was pretty long, but the killer for me is the food. It's just bad. To be honest, the only thing I found that was good here was the cheese dip, which neither my husband nor my friend really cared for. I love it because it's thick and though it looks small, the bowl is deep so you actually get a ton. So I would definitely recommend that. I did notice the chips were chewy though. They brought us a new round but it does make me wonder if they use special chips for the nachos or if you could end up with chewy nachos. Something to consider. But I can't recommend anything else. When my husband and I visited, we got burgers. They were the saddest burgers I had ever seen. They literally came with the meat and lettuce. We had asked for mayo on the side but no tomato? Nothing else? It was bizarre. Also, my husband's burger patty was noticeably burned. My chicken patty was fine but tasteless. When I went with my friend, her chicken tenders also seemed burned. She ate them anyway, but she mentioned she wouldn't want to get them again. My Southwest Chicken rice bowl was just ok. It had no flavor.
