Perfect place to celebrate Pi Day! I went after work and they had a Pi Day deal going on a personal size pizza with 1 topping for $3.14 and you could get up to three!! Ambiance is similar to any trendy styled place, nice, clean space, good lighting, seating not particularly comfortable at either small tables are booth style. Nice selection of menu options. Staff seemed to be friendly and my server and the bar staff member were both very kind and cheerful to chat to. I ordered pizzas one with mushrooms, a spinach one and blackened chicken. I would not consider the chicken to be blackened at all, there's simply just no spice to it, it was just chicken but it tasted nice. *side note- I took that home slapped some Cajun in it with hot honey drizzle and that was fire. Good developed pizza dough, nice crust with a good chew, just the right amount of sauce which wasn't sloppy or overdone THANK YOU. Cheese layer was also good, not overloaded or to greasy. Pizzas are cooked in a large rotating pizza oven that gives an even cook. On a regular day the pricing seems on point for the area. With current inflation some might think it's a lil pricey but supply chain costings are what they are now. I love their blue cups that you can keep or take as to-go. Table has old skool parm and chilli flake shakers at tables which I love the vibe of.

Detroit-style pizza is awful. It is not as full of pepperoni as advertised on the menu. The sauce is bland, and there is barely any sauce on the pizza, which makes it seem like you're eating five pieces of bread at once. This is a flavorless pizza and an absolute waste of money.

The first thing you see when you walk in the door is a jar with “ tips for Host” UNBELIEVABLE . I ordered the fried cauliflower but they were out of it, so we got the Dynamite shrimp, TERRIBLE. You can get better in your local frozen food section. We waited more than 30 min to get a thin crust pizza!, Very slow. I just don't see this place as anything special. I think the new will wear off. No rush to return if ever.

Solid menu and bar. I’ve eaten here 3 times and have gotten something different each time. I highly recommend the Boudin balls and the deep dish pizza. You’re not going to adhere to any dietary constraints by patronizing this establishment but the food and service is great. Also, Rotolo’s has a pretty decent bourbon selection and a good selection of craft beers from throughout the southeast. Definitely a must try if you are in the Collierville/Germantown area.
Had c calzone and was cooked perfectly, lots of meat and definitely filling. Service for lunch was very good and never had to worry about running out of tea.

Food was great don’t get me wrong, but I would love to have my drink refilled while I was eating. We were there over 2 hours with zero drink refills. Our server Alexus K threw the receipt at us as we were leaving. We did leave a 15% tip but not the service you would expect at this type of establishment.

Atmosphere - really great new development, the courtyard looks awesome and pretty but it was a little cold for outside. The inside is actually smaller than I would have thought, and is split somewhat in two areas: a bar side that has seating also and just a sitting area. The bar area looked cool and had a great feel, the regular sitting area was kind of bland. It was VERY loud in general in there, not in a rowdy way, just like the acoustics or something and it was very difficult to hear. Service - waiter was great. Very helpful. The food came out very fast, like we were surprised how quickly it all came out. Food - everything was very good. We got a calzone, regular pepperoni, deep dish pizza, and burger. The deep dish was our favorite and very good. We saw other food items being delivered to other tables and it really wanted us to come back and try more stuff! Prices seemed very fair, not terrible, not a steal or anything.

My family and I will not return to any restaurants that allow people to bring animals inside the building. I’m sitting here right now looking at a big dog sitting on the floor. If I had not already ordered my food, we would be leaving. Never again.
