There’s only ONE young lady at this location that makes the BEST SMOOTHIES! Everybody else either make the smoothie too sweet, too loose (no ice all liquid), nasty, not add all of the ingredients, etc. She is the best! I do not know her name, but she’s usually there in the early morning hours and she is FANTASTIC and CONSISTENT! I’m not sure what the other people be doing to the smoothies but they taste horrible when they make them. They need additional training or something because the ingredients are clearly listed on the paper they use to make it! Stop putting your own twist on things and make the smoothie exactly how it’s suppose to be made. Not all of us are there for extra sugar, we stop by for protein for our health!

This place has always been great..we go a few times a month. That said- Im sorry to do this but seeing something so ridiculous left on a review warrants comment. Based on your reviews- I think we all know why any employees would not be warm and welcoming to you. If you are this unhinged online Im sure you arent very personable IRLSince you seem bitter and uneducated I'm happy to help you with a science lesson. You left a review claiming you got strep throat within four hours of consuming a smoothie bc the employee had you taste the drink to make sure it was ok, then proceeded to use the same beater to finish your drink. Thats standard practice at every business selling blended drinks except McDonalds. Once your drink is done that beater is pulled then washed or rinsed in soap and/or COMMERCIAL GRADE sanitizer. No one made smoothies for five hours with the same beater..but I'll humor you and lets say she did.... Once exposed to strep, it takes 2-5 days after exposure to have any symptoms. Claiming you got a smoothie- went to a dr 4 hours later and have strep is comparable to saying you spent five mins in a smokey bar and woke up the next day with stage 4 lung cancer. Small businesses have had it very hard the last five years, and because you didnt get hugs as a child going around saying terrible things about businesses only makes you look crazy. Touch grass and stop being mean to others bc your life isnt pleasant.

Customer friendliness here is just okay here. Most of them look very frustrated in life or with their job. And sadly they take it out on the smoothies they make !! The morning staff (9am to 3pm) however is good and the smoothies they make tastes good. While they may not be friendly, they don’t appear to be rude either. But the evening staff makes absolutely worthless smoothies leaving you extremely disappointed and angry, especially when they costs so much !!To be fair with the review, it would be 3.5 stars if am getting smoothies from here in the morning, but 0 stars if am getting them in the evening. So please stay away from this location anytime after 3.30pm.

I had a disturbing experience at this smoothie king last week. Its taken me a min to process. I ordered a 40 oz gladiator. The employee made a 32 oz. They handed it to me, I took a sip then realized it wasn't the size I ordered. After i took a sip, they asked for ut back and then proceeded to put ut back into the vita-mix and add what tasted like more water. I asked if it would taste the sane and the trainer server was rude and dismissive. Shaking her head at me in front if the manager which kets you know she knew she could get away with rudeness to a customer. 4 hours later I went to the dr and found out I had strep throat. About an hour after that was when it hit me that they had put a smoothie I drank out of back in the vita-mix. . Ultimately this employee had exposed 5 hours of collierville customers to strep. I immediately called and informed them. This is unacceptable. I will not be back because to save a few cents they will expose a community to health risk. On top if all this the 40iz smoothie was watery with little taste and the reward I used on their mistake could not be used again so I had to pay full price when I was due a reward. The employee just said very sarcastically sorry thats just the way it rang up. Of course it did because if "her" mistake they had already used the reward.

My wife and I arrived at this location at 7:20pm and when we tried to open the door it was locked, mind you it states online that they are open till 9pm. There were three people working in there. One girl who was wearing glasses saw us and completely ignored us. She proceeded to act like she didn’t see us and acted as if she was busy! So then I called them and that same girl was the one that answered. I asked if they were open and she said yes and so I asked then why was the door closed? She said only drive-thru. So I said then you guys need to change what it says online. She then says “We don’t need to change anything,” with an attitude. So I asked to speak to a manager and know the name, she hung up on me. Clearly this was a lie and they were just lazy to open the doors. If you don’t want to work then don’t and stop acting like customers are a burden to you. Smoothie King needs to change their employees!! I will not be coming back to this location. If I can give 0 stars I would!

There is absolutely no way this place has a legit 4.5 star average. The people who work here always act as if you are an inconvenience. They never ring up a smoothie right or with the same price as the last time. Not sure if the training is just bad or if they just don’t care. Sometimes you can sub items other times you can’t, is there any consistency? Nope never ever! If someone opened up a smoothie place in the area that had even decent smoothies and decent customer service, this place would go out of business in a heartbeat. I will continue to post bad reviews of this place when I go because it’s the only smoothie place within 5 miles of my house.

I see several reviews mention the the gentleman man from India. There was a slight language barrier. When I was asking about jalapeños, but he figured it out and communicate my answer effectively. ???? he even acknowledged that I looked tired. As I truly was! ? He’s a very friendly man!
