Second time visiting with table seating this time. We've also previously enjoyed hibachi. Everything was really fresh and delicious, and our server Omar was helpful, considerate, and efficient.

We came for after work drinks and food on a Saturday at 7:45 and were told the bar was closed. We sat down and we were also told they were out of certain foods as well (no problem) but the waiter was extremely rude. After we finally got our food and immediately after we started eating, the waiter was asking if we needed to go containers and how the check should be split. The rudeness and professionalism gives this restaurant a 1 star.

We visited Stix Collierville yesterday. Sadly, we did not get to try the food due to the absolute rudeness and disorder of the individual that met us at the Host podium. We had been extremely excited to try the place. We had a gift card and a day off, so we took the hour drive to get there. Upon walking in, there was a guy that just stared us down for a minute, then finally came over with great attitude and stated they were closed. Since there's a realtor lock on the door, and half the place is currently covered in plastic and in construction mode, we were unsure if he meant permanently. So we asked for clarification. To which he seemed more annoyed and stated they don't open until 4:30. It was 4:25. We apologized and said that was fine, we would be happy to just stand and wait in the lobby. His response was no, we need to just leave and come back when they are open. He then turned and walked away, without acknowledging the line of people behind us that literally went back to the doors. We were going to just wait outside the remaining 4 minutes so we turned to walk out. The lady behind that overheard what was said to us, stated she wasn't leaving and she wanted to see him try to tell her that. The rest of the line followed her lead. There was so much hostility and construction fumes in the air, we chose to leave and never come back. We will try the downtown location. My advice is if you are not open, don't leave the door open for people to walk through and ditch the hostality.

This might be the worst food we have had in ages! 50$ Later. Came back to add to this. There were a few pieces of dry, nasty chicken. Some random cup of broth. Dumplins had to be frozen. I have NEVER givena one star but here ya go. We recommend you go elsewhere.

Ro has the most amazing service ! Best server there hands down and Phili was a top tier hibachi chef ! Always ask for them when you go. They will make sure your experience is great for sure ! I love this place ! I wish they had Ramen or Pho on the menu then people will be lined up at the door ! Still best hibachi in

We just got done with my daughters birthday dinner at Stix and I have to say the service was AMAZING! When we got there today, It was nothing short of spectacular and they made my daughter feel so special. We had a table full of kids that were loud and messy and no one batted an eye at us. Our waitress Ro was especially great and so patient with our multiple kids and their i need another ketchup and lemonade right now!Nothing but positive things to say and thank you!!! I have no idea how any one can have once ounce of negative things to say and no I don’t work there.We will be back!

My fiance and I went to dinner at Stix in Collierville, TN. last night(11-25-23). The experience was awful due to the chef that cooked our food was slinging food and butter everywhere. The chef got butter all over my shirt and that was my first time wearing it. The butter also hit me on the side of my head. I love Stix but this was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The manager on duty only gave us 20% off our ticket and said he will talk to the chef about throwing food and butter everywhere. Our waiter kept apologizing and even tried to give me paper towels with sanitizer on it.We had other plans after dinner but couldn't attend due to my shirt being ruined. It's sad to say I came home and tried to get the stains out of my shirt and couldn't. I'm very unhappy about this experience!!! So disappointing!
