“Tried this spot for the first time tonight and it was instantly saved in my favorites. The Elote was banging and the Carne asada steak ? tacos ? the steak was like GRILLED BBQ smoked brisket flavor definitely coming back the prices was really reasonable. With that said this place is "CASH ONLY" ?“
“Anytime I am within 40 miles of this place I have to visit. The best Mexican I have had in years. Everything is tasty and well seasoned, the staff is focused on exceeding your expectations. This is my favorite Memphis spot for good affordable food that is gluten free. The machete is out of this world and enough for two people. You owe it to yourself to stop in and try. I am sure you will become a regular. I love in Florida but wish was my state.“
“Don't drive by Tacoholic when they are open without stopping! Street tacos, quesadillas and their birria tacos are some of the best in town. Grab some street corn and guacamole to make it a incredible meal to go. Slip into their store frutanas for some great desserts to finish it off.“
“We used to get burritos from here back in 2015-2017, finally came back to the area in 2023 and so glad to see the truck has not only stayed in business but has THRIVED and kept their food tasting exactly the same if not better than before!!! Best burritos in the area, hands down! And this is coming from two Mexican Americans who grew up in the Bay Area!“
“Had several friends post on fb about how good this place is, so decided to go check it out. It’s no wonder they won on Guys Grocery Games recently. Food and service are amazing! Started out with a margarita suggested by Sara, the bartender. Strawberry passion fruit, perfectly balanced with a really nice habanero kick at the finish. Ana, my server, was an absolute delight. Providing timely service and great suggestions for my first visit. Brisket quesadilla- just wow. Then had to try a couple tacos- steak and potatoes, so flavorful! Then my favorite so far - Albondigas & Collards. Absolutely amazing and what a perfect marriage of ingredients from the Deep South and Mexico. Can’t wait to go back and try the fried chicken tacos next“
“This taco truck does have tables and an awning so comfortable to eat outside. Taco was good our 2nd time there. Charged us for an extra drink by mistake place is always busy. My only complaint is tacos are advertised as 3.99 nowhere on menu does it say shrimp tacos are more I get why but they should say. Will probably go back food is still good and hot.“
“Tasty place for a quick bite. Lots of vegetarian options and gluten free options. Didn’t try any drinks but they had a cilantro margarita which I thought was interesting… shrimp tacos were super yummy, the fried tacos are very filling because the breading and I actually preferred the shrimp street tacos over the fried.“
“It was my first time going to Taco Cat! I really enjoyed it, even though it was a rainy day.The overall atmosphere was wonderful, and the cashier was friendly.I accidently ordered 3 tres leches cakes, but I wasn't paying attention when checking out, so it was no fault of the cashier. It was too delicious to complain about! ?I tried the birria tacos, first time having any birria tacos, and it was enjoyable. The taco without and lime and salsa was okay. But the taco was more delectable once I added the lime and salsa. The Horchata...I have no words. Delicious!I will be going back for their birria pizza.“
“Vegetarian options: If you need vegetarian options, this is a great place for you! Lots of places to sit.Dietary restrictions: They have their dietary restrictions clearly noted.I was a bit surprised they didn’t have more gluten free options… but maybe they will next time.Wheelchair accessibility: This is an accessible place.“
