If you want to have your heart broken, go ready for a delicious Baconator. What you’ll receive will be the greatest letdown of your life. How someone with any compassion could put two dry, not fresh at all but never frozen patties with one bacon bit and no mayo or ketchup between two cold stale buns and call it a Baconator is beyond me. I was starving and could t even eat it. I write this sad review with tears in my eyes because I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. This isn’t the first heartbreak at this particular location, but it will be my last. I’m sorry Wendy we’ve got to stop seeing each other.

Other than the really long lines, there seems to be an issue with employees working. The last 4 times I went I've been told that I'll have to come back.

Ask for a fresh chicken sandwich, God only knows what the young man gave me, didn’t taste like chicken, I threw in garbage , Wendy used the be the Burger place, none of them seem to know how to prepare a fresh burger or chicken sandwich, would you give to your family, probably not, another down the hill burger joint!!!

The fact is I love Wendy's but I've been to this location twice and both times it was horrible the burger was all dried up and the fries were stale and cold both times and both times were at night time it is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to and keep in mind I love Wendy'
2 people in front of me inside yet 7 min standing before I left, also the cashier handles money then your food without gloves or washing his hands. That's when i left.

Every time I visit this Wendy's, I have to wait forever before someone comes on the speaker to take my order. Last night I sat for almost 5 minutes and had to yell HELLO several times before someone took my order. The staff at this Wendy's never says thank you, or anything else for that matter. It's almost like you're bothering them by coming there to eat. There must not be a manager on duty at night. If there is, they need to be fired. Due to my job, I travel quite a bit throughout the southeastern part of the country. I can, without a doubt, say that the Collierville Wendy's located at 714 W Poplar Ave has the worst customer service of any place that I've ever been. I only give the place 1 star because that's the minimum rating possible.

I have ordered this Wendy’s countless times for delivery or pickup on their app and it’s always always WRONG. today they didn’t give me my ice coffee, gave me the wrong biscuit, and didn’t include any napkins or condiments that i had ordered. and when you order on the app it’s a whole hassle getting a refund or assistance at all. i will never be back here. this was it for me. they used to not be as bad, but it’s gotten worse. they need to be shut down. i’ve seen so many bad reviews the past year, and if anyone nearby is craving wendy’s, go out of your way to another one. trust me.

I like the fact that the employees are laid back and not trying to rush you through the order and delivery process. Feels like a trusted friend's kitchen.Never a mistake with the order.
