First time trying there, ordered a philly cheese steak sub. Overall, for a $10 regular size w/o tax, the sub was poorly made, not enough cheese on it. The steak was dry and tough to chew and, the sub was tasteless. Compared similar subs from other restaurants, don't waste money and go somewhere else instead.

Has lot more options compared to other sandwich stores like subway. I had a regular chicken sandwich which is 10” (its actually stuffed and looked heavier than a fully loaded 12” subway sandwich). They also have options for vegetarians.

I placed an online order for delivery, supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes, after an hour still no delivery. I call and the employee tells me they are out of avocados, and the driver is not here for pickup. Why did she wait 30 minutes past delivery time to tell me that? Also only because I called I was told, otherwise I would just be waiting for hours without my order. I told her I will come pick up and have my order ready for me. They start making my order after I reach there, making me wait another 15-20 minutes. Worst customer service ever, I lost my delivery fee, and had to go pick up myself, eventually eating 2 hours later. Worst customer service ever.

As far as their ice cream goes, it’s tasty with a good variety. But their customer service is quite lacking. They are supposed to be open until 9:30, but we’ve tried to stop by around 8:50 or 9 several times, and their doors are locked. One cashier even shook his head at me as we tried to walk in. We don’t like to use the drive-through, because their ice cream menu is not updated with the flavors. When we have asked for what flavors they have, they will only list a couple. We would really like to support our local businesses, but they are making it difficult, and we often end up going to Baskin Robbins next door.

Customer service was good. I should have known when I ask the person who I gave my card, hesitated when I asked, “How was the food.” The shake was served liquid, in a thin cup. Regular fries (cold) should have been a small fry, I can’t imagine the small fry. The reg turkey sub was basic, with exception of guacamole, with minimum amount of meat was too pricey @ $8.00. I would not recommend.

My family has experienced a lot of wrong orders over the past year. In the beginning, I was more accommodating of missing food or incorrect orders. At this point, though, restaurants have staked their place in staying open, and as such probably should be striving to exact a customer’s order as written.At 7:30 on a Friday night, after a long and exhausting day/week - we’ve all had those - I did my normal routine of checking food once ordered. With my family all packed in the car, we drove away from Which Wich, confident that our order had been placed correctly. We parked briefly to eat a little bit, only to find out that the Philly cheesesteak we had order was, in fact, missing everything that makes it a Philly cheesesteak: no cheese, no onions, no peppers, but only the two extra toppings asked for.We returned to the drive thru and explained our plight, and sure, they replaced our sandwich. We then drove all the way back home, which is about 40 minutes away from Collierville. The sandwich was disappointing, and I encourage you to avoid the Philly if you prefer your “sirloin steak” to taste better than...well-done ground beef.To cap this sad dining experience, we realized upon getting home that they had neglected to provide the other side items that come with a kids sandwich. This means, for those who are wondering, that we paid $5 for a six inch sandwich with only turkey. No carrots or milk, just turkey on bread.I expected more from a restaurant in Collierville.

Breakfast is really good. The sausage/egg/cheese and bacon/egg/cheese was very tasty. It is the perfect size for me, but some people may want double the meat or to order two. For the price, you can't beat it. It was just so good. They coffee was really good too, and they didn't pour it until I got there. Love that it was piping hot. Don't sit in Chick-fil-A's or Starbucks' line. Go to Which Wich. We ordered through the app and picked up in drive through. Great experience!
