Two of my three items that were ordered were wrong. Almost every time I venture to the end of Bear Creek to this Arby's I am always disappointed it seems as though it's never going to get better there, either the order is completely wrong or items are missing. When did a medium roast beef become one slice of roast beef? Seriously not exaggerating on that.

As a truck driver I travel all over the USA. So it's fair to say that I eat a large amount and variety of fast food. Yet THIS Arby's location always amazes me. The food is always hot and fresh with great flavor. The staff is always friendly and pleasant to interact with. Perhaps the best asset of this location is their manager who was working at the time I posted this review today. Every time I eat at this location he is fully engaged with customers, ensuring they have a great experience. His attitude with his staff when he trains them is pure positive criticism and enlightenment. This store, it's staff and especially the manager should be the standard all Arby's store should strive to achieve.
