We ordered several appetizers, they were good. Service was wonderful and live music on Saturday night was our real draw.

The blueberry Collins was one of the most delicious cocktails that I have ever had. I highly recommend the whipped feta and chicken skewers as well as the fig and pear salad

We stumbled upon this place for brunch and we were truly blown away! The food was fresh, best espresso martini I’ve ever had, and the best sourdough. This place truly cares and is doing things right! If you’re looking for a cute new brunch place. This should be at the top of your list.

This place is such a gem in the heart of Columbia. We went there during their soft opening in December. Coffee, food, and the staff are just amazing. Oh, and the aesthetics! ??Overall, a cool place to hangout. We will visit again.

Great service and delicious food! By far the best espresso martini ever! We split the meatballs and the flatbread, both were fantastic. Can't wait to go back and try all their other offerings!

I was impatiently waiting for a cafe to open up at the factory and this place exceeded my expectations. The ambience, breakfast and coffee were all flavorful and amazing! I got the croffle, it was a delicious hybrid of a croissant and waffle bedded with a beautiful hint of citrus and a flavorful whipped curd. The flavor profile on this was perfect, not too sweet. Highly recommend!!!

August Sage is the cafe the Factory at Columbia needed! Menu is a soft menu with more greatness to come. The interior is beautiful with wall murals and modern furniture and plenty of seating. My gf and I are both vegetarian so we got the BLAT (no bacon, easy request), the Croffle (croissant waffle) and both were so delicious for a quick lunch. We got there at 1:45 and they were closing at 2:30pm on Saturdays (for now). They said there will be a vegetarian option but this BLAT no bacon was so good ?The vanilla lattes were just sweet enough and you could still taste the coffee, so good!Total for the 2 lattes, BLAT, Croffle, and a side of chips (salt and pepper ruffle style) was: 38$. Very affordable for the deliciousness and quality of the food coupled with the great staff and fast service.Highly recommend when visiting The Factory in ColumbiaVegetarian options: Items aren’t labeled but it’s easy to see what isn’t and things are customizableParking: Ample parking
