For my daughter's first birthday, i was so excited to get her a cake! I wanted a pretty one but also simple. I picked out the picture of the cake i wanted and said "just like this". I was told okay and yes they could do that. I go to pick up my cake, and I get into my car and look at what I just sadly paid $100 for. Yall, I have never seen something so ugly and unprofessional in my life, especially coming from a "nice" bakery. When I messaged the lady to let her know how disappointed i was and that this cake was NOT what I had wanted, she just said "im sorry, i dont know what else i could have done differently." This cake looked like a 5th grader did it. I have never been so unhappy & embarrassed about something in my life. If you are thinking of trusting this business to make your cake, please take my advice and go somewhere else.

We were at the speech learning and language center and I stop over to get a cupcake for my daughter. She got a red velvet cupcake. She loved it. The cake part was her favorite she has ever had. She liked the frosting just thought it was a little too sweet but she did eat every bit of it. The lady who was working was so nice and kind! We will most definitely be back to try some more!!!

Horrible experience. Decided to NOT order a pre-designed cake sheet top from Amazon because I wanted a custom cake design. I told them this. The theme was a truck and/or farm animals. Pretty simple. Was told it would be no problem, also no problem that guests had particular allergies. Husband picked up (cookie) cake and it had the food coloring on one side guests were allergic to. He was told they just needed to "eat around it." Also, it was not custom; was the same cake sheet found on Amazon! Paid $50-$60. Was WAY WAY too powdered-sugar tasting and hard as a rock. The plastic cutlery could not cut it!! The children did not finish any of their pieces and we threw away the other half of the box before leaving the party... even though we had a potluck lunch the next day we originally planned to take extra to. Pro: Timely communication Cons: TOO MUCH SUGAR, way overpriced, no follow up after a month of communication, misleading and lazy work. Glad the kids did not eat enough to get sick.

Not as great as we had hoped! Ordered a selection of baked treats and none of which I'd order again. We were really looking forward to the macarons however they were crunchy. Not a return customer.

I recently had both of my sons' birthday cakes done here and I am very pleased! Both cakes turned out just as I had hoped and made their special days even more special. The cakes looked great, tasted delicious, and were reasonably priced. The customer service was wonderful as well. I would definitely recommend Bake Us Happy to anyone!

Just picked up this beautiful 'wedding' cake to celebrate our dear co-worker's ten year wedding anniversary! We went with the chocolate (for him) and vanilla (for her) combo on this two-tiered creation. Bake Us Happy helped with the design. This place did exactly as I asked for my daughter's second birthday party. The cake and cake pops were a hit! I got compliments during the party on how pretty and tasty everything was. Definitely recommend. The price was reasonable as well. I'll be using them again for sure!

I absolutely love Bake Us Happy!!! Every thing is great. Their also very good about accommodating custom orders. I just called and asked if they could make a certain recipe and it was no problem. And of course it turned out delicious 😋 5 stars is not enough. I give Bake Us Happy 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them.
