I had quite getting my food. I ordered on the app, well, the app itself, for some reason, deleted my free Whopper. I went in, got my food, and noticed the Whopper missing. I went to the manager and asked if on my ticket a Whopper was includedThey did not see it. To which point, I showed them the app of it being claimed. The manager, at that point, refused to give a free Whopper even though I used the coupon code at the speaker. As I'm standing there showing her the timer of when it was claimed, and my receipt that I just came through the DT she still said "well you have to wait that amount of time to claim it" like ma'am, I did claim it. I didn't get it on the ticket. I gave the cashier my code. She still insisted I paid for it full price. I did. Unfortunately, I won't be back after this. She saw that it was just claimed on my app, she saw that it was used moments ago, she saw the order and that it didn't include the item and refused to make it right.

The soda machine had green stuff growing on it and I had explosive diarrhea within three hours of eating the onion rings. Don’t go here if you value your health

Probably a shame this place didn't burn down completely when it caught on fire. Never had a good experience at this place. Went by after getting off of work late at night and they served me chicken fries that tasted a day old. If it was my business I would fire everyone in the building. Cold unsalted fries as well. Won't be back for a long time, probably never.
This place needs to be shut down and it's not bk fault it's just not any good people in the restaurant business anymore. The GM here is the worst she has the worst attitude for her to be a leader she sucks. We are doomed if she creates more people like her. Wish I good give no stars. Was going to call corporate office but I don't even want to give them another chance to mess up my food.

There is Burger King on Trotwood Ave in Columbia, TN that consistently gets 1-star reviews so I avoid the place. But 2 nights ago, I got home late from a gig and ordered 2 Royal Crispy chicken sandwiches. I have had them at other stores and they rivaled Chick-fil-A. But not this place. What I got was a 1/4" thick patty about the size of a McDonald's hamburger patty. It was nasty!I went in the next day to complain and spoke to the manager who was a very young New Age punk with nose rings. She treated me quite indignantly when I told her what happened. She said she could not refund me the money but would remake them. I refused and said, "I really don't want any more of your nasty food, I'll go to Chick-fil-A where I am guaranteed a real fried chicken sandwich, not a cheap substitute."This restaurant really SUCKS. They need to hire an adult manager!

Don't go to this Burger King, consistently out of items, TONS OF FLIES in the kitchen, mice in the parking area and will not honor valid coupons. Stay away!
