I had a pretty good experience at Cocina Real, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars from me. The food was flavorful and satisfying, really hitting the spot. However, the margarita was a bit too strong for my taste, and having a new server meant our service was a tad slower than usual. But all in all, it's a place I'd return

Food was delicious, service was great, restaurant was clean, the only issue we had which is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars was bc our daughter got the kids chicken fingers and they were so burnt you couldn't cut them with a knife ot Eben pull them apart with your hands. It was not acceptable to serve this to a kid at all, not even an adult could've or would've been able to eat that. Do better next time and I'll change it to 5 out of 5 stars.

Good food. Large employee turn over. Arbitrarily over charged $3.00 on a 7.99 item. Changed tip amount on $15.74 charge to $5.74 from $4.26 after leaving. No longer trust manager or staff. Was a regular 1-2 times a week for over 5 years.

Was seated quickly and the waiter came by and dropped the drink tray in my lap. Then another waitress came to take care of us. Ordered our food when the food came one of the meals was over cooked. Went to pay for our meal and when I got home had to charges on my card. Went back to the restaurant and they basically told me they only charged me once when there was clearly two transactions pending in my account. Called the bank and they confirmed the two transactions. Waiting now for forms to dispute the charges. Beware when eating here.

Tons to choose from, very extensive menu. My husband got the chimichanga’s (shrimp, chicken, steak, beef) and they were delicious! I got the beef taco salad, and it was also delicious. The warm chips along with the salsa and cheese dip… was excellent. *Of special note, our server was stellar!!
