Thankfully the Dominos team here took absolute care of me because the call centers that take your orders now are absolute trash!!! I called the store to talk to the manager to make sure he didn’t start making what I didn’t order but they already had and I feel horrible.the call center guy put in the wrong order and I told him but he decided to hang up on me and not cancel it..THANK YOU to the store manager and his employees for FIXING the issue and making sure that I was properly takin care of. When I come back into town I’ll make sure to come here directly because I know I will be takin care of the RIGHT WAY!!

Unfortunately, good Dominos just serve as a reminder of how bad this location is.Of all the options for pizza in Columbia, this would be my last choice, somewhere six options below Totinos frozen pizza from Krogers.There are some good things about the pizza from this location. First, the pizza crust is so indistinguishable from the box it comes in that you can just keep eating if you’re that hungry, past the pizza to the box.Second, if you need to refill your pizza grease collection, you’ll be able to squeeze out the pizza box into your jar. Win win.The toppings are sad. The pizza is poorly cooked. The bread bites are inconsistent.This is not good pizza. This store does not have good customer service. Avoid this location.

Columbia Dominos was so good. Just bought one from Springhill Tennessee, Friday. I was so disappointed and swore I would never eat dominos again. With the coupon my daughter wanted one. Columbia Dominos made me love dominos again. Shame on you Springhill

Charged me 30 dollars for large pizza she was rude as hell when I questioned her about the pizza price she hatefully said 20 for the pizza 10 for the delivery fee I just live in the neighborhood across the street never ever again!
