On 4.15.24 around 915pm. The drive through basically was rushing and not making sure they had made sure to put napkins in the bag. I shouldn't feel forced in a drive thru and better customer service. The management on this shift must not be paying attention or double checking. I remember working for this place and had better customer service than this generation now. It's so sad to see that no one cares about the customer at all. Also they don't give you a total once your done with your order and tell you to pull around basically rushing you with an order. I was not satisfied at all tonight.

How hard is it to make a Big Mac? Apparently it’s hard enough to get it wrong every single time I order.

They've done a great job with updating this location to offer online ordering and the remodel looks great. The service is fast and the food is always fresh. I love this location!Kid-friendliness: The play place definitely is for kids and a lot of people like to throw birthday parties here because they're very affordable and the kids have fun. (As long as they're under the age of 6 or so)

Apple pies were cold. My quarter pounder didn't taste well.

Five Stars for Emma Fitzgerald, the Amazing Manager at McDonald'sAs a regular customer of McDonald's, I have had the pleasure of interacting with many managers over the years. However, none have left such a lasting impression on me as Emma Fitzgerald. From the moment I stepped foot in the restaurant, Emma Fitzgerald's warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome. She takes the time to greet customers personally and ensures that their needs are met. What sets Emma Fitzgerald apart is her exceptional attention to detail. She maintains a spotless restaurant, with clean tables and well-stocked condiments. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is courteous and efficient. But what truly makes Emma Fitzgerald an outstanding manager is her genuine care for her employees. She treats them with respect and compassion, creating a positive and supportive work environment. As a result, the team at this McDonald's is always happy to go the extra mile to make sure customers have a great experience.I have witnessed firsthand how Emma Fitzgerald's leadership has transformed this McDonald's into a shining example of customer service and operational excellence. It is clear that she is passionate about her work and dedicated to providing her customers with the best possible experience.I highly recommend this McDonald's to anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal. She is always friendly and helpful, and she goes above and beyond to make sure that her customers have a good experience. One time, my granddaughter and I were at McDonald's when she spilled her drink all over the floor. Emma immediately came over to help us clean it up, and she even gave granddaughter a new drink for free. She also made sure that we had a clean table to sit at.Emma is a true asset to McDonald's. She is a hard worker, and she is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that her customers are happy. I highly recommend her as a manager.Kid-friendlinessEmma is also great with kids. She is always patient and understanding, and she knows how to make them feel comfortable. She often has activities and games for kids to play with, and she even has a special menu for them.I highly recommend McDonald's for families with young children. Emma and her staff will make sure that you have a great experience.Sincerely,George & Terri

I'm a big fan of McDonald's in general but I especially love the McDonald's by my house here in Columbia on trotwood.I come practically daily for my large mocha frappe that I have become addicted to butI'm not complaining because I'm able to get a good deal on it everyday using my app ?Everyone at this location is very friendly and professional and gives great customer service if there ever is any kind of an issue they are quick remedy it.I typically come in the morning and I always enjoy when I see Suzie running the shift, she just exudes competence, friendliness and everything always seems to run more smoothly when she's working.I appreciate you all and thank you for the impact you make for my day.

This location sucks. They are always out of stuff and and get an order right to save their lives. Don't waste your time here, and go somewhere else.

food is usually always fresh here. however, employees have gone down hill and are so disrespectful. My boyfriend and I came through and the girl slammed the window in his face after he tried asking something. she came back to the window and asked what he wanted and he ordered. we brushed it off and went to the next window where they told us they were out of the milkshake flavor he wanted, which isn’t a huge deal but they used the same cup for the milkshake so it was half chocolate and half shamrock!! management handled the situation and then proceeded to tell us they weren’t out of shamrock. the girls had lied to us. the problem isn’t management, it’s the kids working there.

This place is the worst, but it's the only place I can go within 30 miles when my kid needs to get out of the house in the winter and play. I mean, aside from that far-right chicken place that isn't open on Sundays...but that's another rant altogether. Now, I don't traditionally like to leave bad reviews, but I come here enough to confirm that this place is the kind of terrible to warrant it. That said, I don't think they've ever (even once) gotten my order correct. We always grab a number and head straight to the back. We make it easy and order on the app, so I don't understand how they can get it wrong time after time. Trust you me -- they do. What irks me the most is they never make any excuses, nor do they ever apologize. All that aside, what put me over the edge tonight was how long I waited (22 minutes) before having to go all the way to the front whilst my 3 year old is up in the jungle gym and won't come down. I collect my (obviously cold by now) mayonnaise-entombed "burgers" from the seemingly brain-dead employee and head back to make sure the kiddo isn't getting bitten by the girl he's playing with. Please, for the love of all that is holy, get it together over there people. Really, the only redeeming quality about this place is the cleaning woman. She does an amazing job and clearly takes pride in het work. Now that I think of it though, I wonder if she's responsible for cleaning the indoor play equipment? If so, I rescind my previous statement. But yeah, only go there if you have to. If that changes, I'll let y'all know by updating this here review, yaheardme?

Your average McDonald's these days. Don't expect a lot and you'll be just fine as with anything in life. Food is really average tasting. Made pretty sloppily and really shouldn't cost anywhere near what it does but that applies to almost everything now. Can't seem to ever get an order entirely correct for a family of three, but we still keep going anyway because why not it's McDonald's. Our kid likes the dirt & dust caked play place as part of a low budget treat night. Said family of three doesn't order anything special except for the occasional added mayo which is always slathered on so thick both inside and all around the burgers that I gave up on "special ordering". One of the managers seems really nice and caring so that's cool. She made some top notch vanilla cones and smiled at us. Most of the employees have their heads in the clouds and I had exactly five people look at me when I was at the counter to ask for sauce last time..then someone finally decided to see if I needed something. Two stars is too low because they're not totally horrible or anything and four stars would just be too many so here's three.TLDR: It's absolutely safe to enjoy your next perfectly average meal with slightly below average service at this McD's location.

It depends on what shift is on kinda like the difference between 3rd shift and 1st shift in a factory. 1st shift has it together but after that it goes down hill fast and in a hurry, and that's the only thing in a hurry
