The service is always good. The food is good too. They've changed their sauce recipe and we're not a fan of the new sauce. I am deducting 2 stars for the bad sauce.

The ribs and baked potato were ok, the ranch beans were good. Neither restroom had soap for washing your hands. Really? In a time of Covid-19? I guess the sign on the wall about "Employees must wash their hands before returning to work" was just for decoration.

Had the rib platter with baked beans and mac-n-cheese. The ribs were extremely tender and had a decent flavor. Where the lower rating comes in is the bbq sauce and sides. The bbq sauce had an overpowering vinegar taste. The mac-n-cheese was basically soup with noodles. No thickness about it whatsoever. The baked beans had a thicker viscosity, but no real taste to them at all.

Ribs are amazing pulled pork pretty dam good and friendly welcoming and happy service definitely worth going back .

It’s pretty sorry of a place of business to not wait on you when you are sitting in line at the place before closing time then they tell you they are closed. I can’t help the fact you left me sitting there for 10 minutes in line.

The bbq is plain and the beans are ALWAYS ALWAYS OLD and cold yes I said old & . The slaw is...... not far from tasting like chemicals. The chips were the best thing & they are the Sweet Heat Lays!!!! Need I say more? Not just one time. Consistently terrible but I WILL say they can bake a baked potato & that’s why ppl go here. Neelys Mill location. I hope they can have a fresh start in 2021!
I wouldn’t call it bbq. We went to trotwood location. Meat was in liquid like it was boiled and so salty we dumped it in the trash. Waste of our money for sure. Never again.
