WOW! What happened to the kind family that use to run this place? Big changes were made and not just the move. My friend and I come in for lunch and she has health issues and asked for a sauce to be put on the side. She was told that he would not change his sandwich and she could just wipe off the sauce and grab a mayo packet on the way out the door. WHAT! She was completely humiliated and down right belittled. Then when she mentioned something on the website, he told her it was wrong and he didn't care to waste his time to change it.This woman is far from a "Karen" and is always very kind. Hence why I'm writing this and not her! We have raved about your little sandwich shop and always thought the owners were top notch. Boy were we wrong! Keep your $20 sandwiches and learn some customer service! Shame on you!Dietary restrictions: THERE ARE NONE!

Celebrated a friend’s 81st birthday at Ollie & Finn's Counter!!! The pita points with spinach artichoke dip rocked!! I had the Cuban and Ms. Linda had a delicious roast beef sandwich!! We did go healthy with the cucumber chips and homemade ranch dressing!!!???
