The food is great. The service is great. It is as close to the Pizza Huts of old that I have found. Coming from the old age, where I would make the pan doh by hand every morning instead of using frozen disks, that is saying a lot. They always bring me good hot food here and every single delivery driver and service member is so kind.

Look! The food is decent and the guy that works there tries really hard, but he is usually the only one working!!! Plain and simple they need to do their jobs in upper management and hire more people for that store. It would be so much more successful if he was made top store manager and actually had a staff! DO BETTER PIZZA HUT!!!

Normally delicious but the last couple times the vegetables where crunchy and the dough was pretty much raw!!! Isn't pizza supposed to be golden brown on bottom??? not
The front counter girl has HORRIBLE customer service skills. She didn't greet, instead she just stared at me....My pizza was falling apart so I went to the store and asked for a refund for it. The girl said "whats wrong with it?" I showed her and she said "I can make another one or give you a store credit". I said "NO I WANT A REFUND!" So then she tells me she cant because she isn't a manager and that they will be there in an hour.

My whole order was cold once received. My pizza was smashed on one side as of the driver didn’t put in bag. My boneless wings were hard and cold I had to throw away and my cinnamon sticks were if they were in the refrigerator
