One of the poorest waitresses we've ever had at Pucketts. Food was good but never got our appetizers. Drinks were not replenished and had to another waitress for the dessert menu. We brought out of town guests to enjoy the experience and were greatly disappointed.

once again, I visit your establishment this time for breakfast I need I say I was just blown away. I had the southern breakfast and it was amazing. Angela my server is such a sweetheart and she's funny and gave me the best service. I just love the atmosphere and the feeling I get when I eat inside your restaurant the management team in my opinion they rock Jimmy knows exactly what he's doing. He knows how to make you feel comfortable where you just wanna prop your feet up and just spend a little time end it helps that he's funny. This was my second visit, and it was just as special as the first and I know there will be many many more. Thank you for what you provide to the public. It's a welcome change.

Fun dining ambiance & good food/drinks. The waiter was attentive & friendly. The only negative was that it was hot inside - not sure the AC was on or working. Will definitely be returning!

Waited over an hour for our food. Arrived at 7:30 and got our food when the band was playing their last song (9pm). Our waiter was overwhelmed and running back n forth as fast as he could. Food and music were good and waiter did the best he could. I think the kitchen needs more help

Let me say that my siblings and I were takin out to eat and this place was definitely fullfilling and our waitress was very knowledgeable about everything, told us about places to visit around town!! 5 stars for her!

They are very unprofessional when it comes to picking up delivery orders. They never get food out on time and they lie and how long the order takes. They don’t show good customer service to delivery drivers. Delivery drivers have customers as well and Pucketts don’t care. Rating should be a 0 tbh!

We celebrated my birthday last week in Columbia with Karen as our server. We sit in her section often. She takes very good care of us and has become a family friend!

The food was fantastic but what really got me was the service. Never had to ask for a refill or a check- Maggie was so sweet and attentive. Provided perfect recommendations on the menu, and I’m a bit of a picky eater!Will be back just because Maggie

Food was just below okay. 1) Collard Greens 2/5 - too salty 2) Beef Brisket was 2/5 - not cooked to 200 degrees, not tender and the fat had not rendered. I'm guessing he pulled the brisket off the smoker to soon at 180 degrees. 3) Baby Back Ribs was 3/5 - a little bit dried out. 4) Mac & Cheese was 2/5 mushy slightly greasy and lacked flavor. As a side - I originally asked for Southern Fried Chicken but they were out. They had a large party buffet in the back and I assume they took the entire amount. The service was 3/5. The guy was nice but never smiled and seemed to be hurried. But he filled our drink glasses often which was great.
