Ok so we don't normally eat fast food but when you work 3rd shift ya have some nights lol most understand. Anyway saying this use the app if you can it's faster and sometimes you get a deal otherwise it's becoming over priced and product is getting smaller same fir many places look we get it things cost more and you gotta pay staff more but if your going to make it work make things affordable and worth the cost.

Taco Bell has good food. Staff is friendly The sit down is clean. If you do get something you don't like just bring it back they're more than happy to make you happy.

This will probably be the last time I visit this location. Had a pickup order last night and they were out of flat bread due to a delayed shipment due to weather. So several items in my order had to be replaced. No big deal. They offered substitutions, but what they offered wasn't the same value. Ordered several CGCs and a chalupa, but was offered beefy 5 layers as a substitution. Seriously? I at least should have been offered a crunchwrap or something of similar value to the items that I ordered. I wasn't offered anything over $2 even though the items that I ordered are $4+. The guy at the counter (I assume the manager) kept saying Taco Bell couldn't take the hit financially, but expected the customer to? I thought this was crazy and tried to explain the difference in value to what they were offering in a reasonable way, but he wasn't getting it. I was never rude, but didn't get the same courtesy in return. I couldn't cancel the order at this point because it was a mobile order and they had already started making my items. I would have gladly accepted a refund for these items. Instead, I reluctantly agreed to the subs because there wasn't much I could do at this point. I was literally standing at the counter and he kept talking about me like I wasn't standing right there. Whoever this guy is really needs to work on his communication skills and take a crash course in what equal value means. Food is usually ok at this location, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. No pun intended.
