Worse service ever they cannot check to make sure all the food is there before they send to delivery and god only know how long it takes for a refund Then you still have to figure out what you will do for supper because they are apparently stupid or to lazy to check order

After 3 servers walked around us, we waited about 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge our existence and take our drink orders. The bar area smelled like vomit. We usually have a decent experience there. Very disappointing.

I love chicken wings but I like to taste the chicken. not all the sauce. Service we had table with 5 people three of us had our food and we're almost done eating before the last two finally came and brought their food out. I've been there several times and it's always the same to me . Definitely not a fan.Kid-friendliness: Not very accommodating.

Not impressed at all. Attempted to pay the check with a large bill and they couldn't even make change. Table was dirty with dry ketchup and was not cleaned. Server was polite but disappeared when refills were needed.

Their portion sizes must be made for mice! After I ordered, my waitress returned 5 minutes later to ask what sandwich I ordered. I didn’t have a menu anymore, so I had to describe what was on it. After I did she stared at me and then silently walked away. Then I only received my side of macaroni, and had to wait for the rest of my meal for around 15 more minutes. The bowl my macaroni was in was tiny enough, but there was only three bites in the it due to the fact it wasn’t even filled half way. I told our waitress there wasn’t but three bites in it, and asked if I could get a normal portion. She returned with another bowl with the exact same amount and didn’t bother letting me know she would be charging me for another side when she brought it. (Found that out after I went to pay) When I finally received my sandwich, the cheese was cold and the rest was lukewarm. The flavor wasn’t there either. Bww has gone way down hill recently and this one is probably the worse I’ve been to in a while. The staff is all super young, which is fine, but you can tell by the service that they’re inexperienced. If you’re looking for a good experience and good food, look somewhere else. Wish I would have just swung by Popeyes instead of spending 50 dollars on less appetizing food.
