I just want to commend the service at this Chick fil A because we stopped by here and were not at all ready to order and the employee was incredibly patient and kind. We will do better next time, but thank you CFA employee on Saturday April 20 for being extra patient with us this time. Oh and the food was fantastic as well and prepared just as ordered.

What exactly did they spend all that time and money for? The drive through is WORSE THAN IT EVER WAS. It took me 30 minutes in line tonight. Why would you merge two huge long lines into 1? Not to mention people still block you from leaving and it becomes totally grid locked. You guys actually made it worse. You should have two lanes all the way through and do away with Inside seating altogether.

Their new remodel has resulted in a very slow drive through line. We waited almost 10 minutes (the lines were at the normal starting point) just to order and find out they are out of apples and therefore can’t modify any of their salads (I didn’t want blue cheese because I can’t have dairy.) I don’t understand why they can’t modify their salads just because they don’t have apples. I also don’t understand why they were out of apples. It was a very unpleasant experience and a location that usually is very quick and accommodating. We were not impressed or satisfied.

Great service and food. Easy interstate access. Building remodel was just completed. Removed play place, added more seating, and added a drive thru lane. I will attach pictures of the new seating area.
