Likely my least impressive Dunkin visit ever. Service was slow but friendly. We ordered 3 orders of hash browns and when they finally arrived they were inedible. The outside were burned almost black but the insides were still cool. Their grease desperately needs to be changed as flavors from other foods were burned into ours.

I asked for oat milk in my refresher like I ALWAYS do and they said they “werent allowed to do that” so I was like ok whatever and then i get my drink and it has green tea in it?? Absolutely did not ask for that and i dont know why they wouldnt give me my damn oat milk.

1 out of 4 drinks may be correct. Recently workers have been rude when ordering, coffee is spilled, and have to clean a cup before taking it into window. They cannot understand special request.

I always do a mobile order usually just for coffee. I pick it up through the drive thru. It’s ready when I pull up. It’s quick and easy and everyone is friendly!

I ordered on app and went to the drive through. Although the app let me order maple glazed donuts, the store was out so I had to pick a replacement. I like that they stack deals. I ended up getting 2 free donuts and paid $12 something for a dozen of my choice. I hadn't eaten all day so I ate the 2 free donuts and they were delicious.
