our first visit on a Sunday at noon. got seated ok but the food took a very long time, we both got the special hoping for an quick order but we was there an hour & half. Their sister restaurant Aztec in west cookeville has it together a lot more. So i guess we will continue to go to Aztec from now on.

The queso was too thin, and mild, as was the salsa. I ordered the house special. It was good, hot, had nice flavor and was tender. My husband ordered a steak chimichonga ala'cart. Was served a whole meal. His steak was cooked ok, but lacked seasoning.Over all the service and atmosphere we're very good.

Our waiter was very slow and inattentive. We waited a long time for our meals(which were not brought together) and the food was cold. We ordered a to-go meal and had to remind the waiter twice about it. We thought he had forgotten about out tickets and even had to remind him we were waiting.
