A quick google search shows chicken parm @ 9.99. Cookeville’s is 11.99, but that’s not even my complaint. The chicken is awful - like cardboard. There’s very little Marinara sauce or cheese. The $3.49 side salad could be eaten in no more than 3-4 bites. Fazoli’s USED to be a favorite. No more.

The fettuccine noodles were cold, chicken was hot though. The breadsticks were doughy and salty. Fazolis used to be good back in the day but it really needs a revamping on the food to charge as much as they do. Wasnt impressed.

Always good service at drive up. Normally breadsticks best in town, but ths time they were cold and had no garlic butter on top. Tasteless, very disappointing. Lasagna was delicious, but side salad was mostly core, and not edible.

None of the employees wore gloves or hair nets. I went through the drive thru, the time I was there, which was a 5mins or so, and none washed their hands. Cook made a sub barehanded and continued on making and touch other things. A female employee was making breadsticks and preparing other food into the oven, no hat or hair net. I love their food and frequent often, but I just can’t handle the uncleanliness acts.
Bread sticks were great, but my lasagna was possibly the worst I've had. My wife's Alfredo was ok. Given the higher prices here now, I would just pay a few dollars more for Olive Garden.
