Me and my wife ate there last night 03/13/24. We got the crab cakes as an appetizer and they were so good. My wife had the New York style pizza and I had a Chicago style. Both pizzas were amazing. Are server Anthony was very friendly and spot on with the service. Place is clean and has a great atmosphere will definitely be my new go to place for pizza and future date nights

Awful service and bad food. The menu didn’t offer enough pizza options unless you want to pay $40 for a typical supreme pizza. We ordered 2 salads and a margherita pizza with pepperoni added. Worst margherita pizza I’ve ever had. Maybe even the worst pizza period. DiGiorno tastes better than this monstrosity they called pizza. My “Fire salad” had a blue cheese vinaigrette dressing but tasted like straight olive oil, no flavor at all, no vinegar or citrus, no acid at all just plain oil. No flavor. I would’ve put salt and pepper on my salad but there were none on the tables anywhere. Our pizza was served to us cold by somebody who wasn’t our server, after my spouse had commented that it had been a very long time since we had finished our salads, then I had to flag our server down when we were about half way done with the pizza for drink refills. She was standing at the bar talking with the bartender and several other employees laughing and having a great time while we waited and waited and waited. There were only 2 tables sat in the entire place. We had told them it was our first visit when we got seated but felt like we had the worst service possible. We will not be back. This place will not last long with the terrible service and bad food, and the careless manager. We would rather eat ANYWHERE else in Cookeville, and that’s saying a lot.

Had lunch on Saturday and not too busy. Server Ella was friendly and efficient. Ordered Margherita pizza which the crust was excellent. Overall, pretty favorable visit. Inside decor a little non descript but clean. Outside dining on the upper level is available.

Meh.. I've been here twice and I am not impressed with the food. Service has been great the food not so much. First visit me and my girlfriend I.D’s were checked 3 times for buying drinks. I was not happy about it I’m 37 she’s 27. Come to find out the restaurant was caught selling alcohol to minors a few days before. The price of the food is not worth what you get. I had the fillet Mignon and she had tuna. The steak had no seasoning, the macaroni and cheese was bland and the asparagus was ok. The side Caesar salad I had tasted like what you get at Kroger and put together at home. We came on a Saturday night first time and we waited 45 minutes for table. The food took about 45 minutes to come to our table. Our waitress was great and apologetic but I was unhappy over all with the meal and the price because I left hungry. We came back again to have another try, this time we got the crab cake appetizer to start. It’s $18 and when they put it down infront of me I almost lost it. It’s two little crab cakes the size of regular marshmallows with some aïoli and for the price and size it’s pathetic. We both got Caesar saladsAnd again it was like eating store bought bag salad. I got linguine with short rib pasta and it was bland and had No sauce and a little meat. She got tuna and it was overly fishy tasting. Had two rounds of drinks first round could barely taste the alcohol, next round someone behind the bar knew what’s up. The server was kind and consistent but as for food it’s mediocre for the price now I’m on strike 2 for this place. When we got up to leave I saw most people eating pizza I will give this place one more chance and try the pizza.

Ashley was our server and she was the best. Recommended a wine pairing to go with our food choice and was very attentive.

I have eaten here twice, and tried to the third time- great food but the customer service is by far below par for a high end restaurant. Here are my experiences:1st Visit- My Fiance ordered a filet, I ordered a Chicago deep dish pizza. They informed us that the pizza could take up to an hour which we were fine with because we had drinks and an appetizer. We asked for her food to be brought out when my pizza came out. 20 mins later we receive her steak. I asked the guy why and he couldn’t answer it and just left it on the table and walked on. We didn’t get to eat dinner together so I said something to the owner- he tried to make up for it by giving her a free dessert to eat when my pizza got there.2nd Visit- Ordered a Chicago Deep Dish Pizza with Pepperoni, Mushroom, Extra Cheese- got home and had a sausage pizza- tasted horrible3rd Attempt- I’m a believer in chances and mistakes- Tonight 3-2.. called to order a pizza at 6:00- got greeted by a girl who was rude and told me that they are not taking to-go orders because the kitchen is busy- really? I didn’t mind if it took a while but wasn’t even given a chance.Horrible Customer Service and Experience for a restaurant of your stature - if you are that busy, management needs to staff appropriately- if you still can’t handle being busy I hope my review reaches out to some people to make you a lot “less” busy

In my new top three! Literally everything we had was amazing! I like seasoning so I automatically ask for salt. Didn't need to add it. Trista's Service was top tier and bathroom was nice and clean.
