Driving through Cookeville, TN, late in the evening, not quite closing time, but close. Crew was friendly, efficient, food was hot, and good! Some items available at this location are not available at our hometown location, so even though we had 'finished' the order, we were able to do add ons ( apple pies!!)Thanks, Courtnie and crew!

Went to Hardee’s on Jefferson ave in Cookeville October 10th. I ordered a biscuit and gravy the biscuit was so hard I couldn’t eat it. I went back to the counter to complain about it and the server was very rude and said she wasn’t going to give me another biscuit because I had already ate some of it. I told her I tried to eat it but couldn’t. Do I had to throw it away .
