“I've been coming to Cookeville for years to visit my son who lives there. We have a tradition of getting ice cream together. After Baskin Robbins closed down we had to search for something else and found Cream City 2 or 3 years ago. I'm SO glad we did. It has now become our new tradition. Awesome place. Staff is always friendly. Ice cream is always good and they often have some different and neat flavors. I love the old pictures and historical memorabilia in the shop also. It's a neat tribute to the history of the town. Thanks!“
“One of the few places in town that offers a gluten free option. As someone with a wheat allergy and celiac I am over the moon with excitement after making the discover that I can eat here. My savory and sweet crepes were both delicious! My husband says their dumplings were great and I love their banana Nutella crepe! The rolled Thai tea ice cream was amazing too.Dietary restrictions: I have Celiac disease and have never once been glutened here. I order a gluten free Nutella crepe almost once a month and it has always been safe. I know there is risk anywhere I go but the team here is very respectful and cleans everything upon request when I have mine made.“
“I love Baskin-Robbins. For as long as I can remember, I have gotten mint chocolate chip ice cream from there. I'm old enough that I'm on the 3rd location in Cookeville, but we won't dwell on that, lol. Through the years, the service and quality has remained the same. They have a wide variety of products, not just ice cream, so even if you don't just want a basic ice cream cone like I do, there's something for everyone! Five ?s from me!“

“I absolutely love the California tart with fruit. Not many places have the fruit selection this place does. This is by far my favorite place to come for dessert. Not much interaction with staff besides when you pay. So, not that this place has bad service. There just isn't much of it. There is places to sit indoors and a restroom so that's a plus.“
“Awesome ice cream place! Love the view from the top of the hill. They have a really nice area to sit outside with outdoor lights. The wood bench has seen better days.I ordered a 2 scoop waffle cone with peppermint cookie and white chocolate toffee. Both ice creams were delicious. I was fully satisfied with my selections. My husband ordered a cyclone. He said it was far better then Dairy Queen.
