I had Jimmy John's for the first time and it was wonderful. I wasn't sure what to order when I walked in, but Elisabeth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered an Italian Club, and the bread, meats and veggies were super fresh. Definitely a great spot for a quick and delicious lunch.

Came in during during a busy time, there was a bit of a wait as normally they have my sandwich ready as I'm paying, I'd say maybe 2 minutes, but I could tell the staff was doing their best to get everything out. Love this place, always amazing service!

We eat at jimmy johns fairly often and they always meet their promise of being freaky fast, however, since covid they have started closing early, 8pm, which I understand, but at times they close earlier than that. Tonight at 7:40 I drove up and all the lights were out, I called inside just to make sure and no answer. This isn’t the first time they have been closed earlier than posted hours, at times up to an hour early. It’s just very frustrating.
Elisabeth was just so great to me, I had to write this review. I dont write reviews often but when I do, somebody has to go above and beyond for me to appreciate a style of managment like this. I had the Italian sub, and it was fantastic. Every ingredient was very fresh, and the bread was perfect as well. I'm just very glad there is a great sub place in town that can handle my personality, and have reasonable prices. Thank you Elisabeth, and thank you sir Jimmie John.
